Found a Gem of a bakery in Providence roughly 3 months ago, everything is top tier and the sweets are to go for. I Have had nothing but great experiences with the staff up to today and the tips show. Unfortunately I had a bad experience today with The host,( short Hispanic lady) after I purchased some goodies. She would not allow me to place an order for the next day Because I supposedly did not pick up my last of only 2 orders since I’ve found this Bakery. I paid always and picked up both orders? Cute little pastry place with wonderful customer service. We thought we lost our credit card there after we had bought our Pistachio cake and some carrot cake (absolutely delicious btw) and we called the lady working there and asked if she could look for it for us, she didn't find it but it was incredibly sweet of her to help us look, we later found the card in the car. Fed up with terrible customer service!! They act like they are doing you a favor serving you. To many other good places to patronize!! Their pastry is sub par like their attitude. Asked employee if the bakery was in business to make money her response “I just work here”. Keep your job and your attitude; I’ll inform friends and family to shop elsewhere!!
