Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Pea Ridge

Horrible service. They don't have any way for families with food allergy to look and see if it's ok to eat there, so you have to go in and ask. Zero employees had any idea what ingredients they used and both were obviously annoyed that we asked. We tried everything to be able to eat as a family there. Had then look at 3 options. They have nothing our kid can eat. No big deal to us. We ordered drinks for everyone and the rest of the family food. I asked if someone was going to take issue if we go next door to get something just for our allergy kid and bring in. I was told it was fine. AFTER we order, they said she could not bring her food in. We had to take everything to go. Ruined our family time. Like it really would have hurt to let her have food she wasn't allergic to. We purchased her drink there. We just bought a house in Pea Ridge. Simple Simon's just lost a good 30 years worth of orders from our large family over something so stupid. This is no different than telling a gtube fed person they can't have their formula while everyone in their family eats together. We will be leaving reviews everywhere to share this horrible service and the absolute rudeness of the staff. They didn't even apologize. We expected more in a small town. We have never been anywhere that this...

In my opinion this is the best pizza in the area... Not just Pea Ridge but in all the Bentonville/Rogers metro area. This Simple Simon's has the owner on sight and I have never had a problem with any orders other than I have nerve damage and can't hear higher frequencies well, so teenage girls are almost impossible... The other problem is teen's rarely well trained in phone service at any location... So I just drive in, order and then wait in the car, these guys just bring it out to me most of the time on rare occasions they call me and I go back in and pick up my order.

The salad bar is well tended and way cleaner than the others I have seen in the area. It would not win any awards for selections and variety in Kansas City, St Louis or New York...But for Pea Ridge it's well worth the money! About $7 or $8 for the big box and they have a great Italian dressing kind of like Olive Garden but better...

Then why just 4 stars? Because I have lived in Sicily and traveled in a lot of the rest of the world... So I know what real Pizza is, the closest real pizza is at Whole Foods in Fayetteville AR and I wouldn't give it 5...

Pizza was good and average priced. I think you get better quality for your money compared to little ceasers or eureka or pizza hut. You just get lil smaller size but you can get 5 toppings for $5. I am a 250 lb guy and after not eating all day there 5 topping $5 small pizza filled me up. And tasted better than similiar or more expensive pizzas elsewhere. Garlic sauce is awesome! They also have a buffet and you can make requests for buffet. I havent been there for buffet yet but how employees described it i want to now. Salad and desert pizza on buffet too they said. Our server was super awesome and fun to talk to. I dont know about others there but he was one the best servers we ever had anywhere. I wish all employees were like him. Place is a little hidden so I forget its there. Its on a main road but just out of site of the busiest intersection in town. Got to go past pizza hut and Mexican place to find it in a strip mall. Everyone that reads this just go there and try it once. I bet 90%...
