Wendy's — Restaurant in Pea Ridge

We had exceptionally high hopes for this place to succeed. Pea ridge needs a fast food place that is clean, fast, gets orders right the first time, and is well managed...this is not that place.

One restroom was out of order, the other was filthy and out of soap and paper towels. The drink machine was out of about 20 different varieties of drink. Our order wasn't right on multiple levels. Sides were wrong, sandwiches had ingredients that aren't advertised on them, etc. Not to mention having to wait a very long time for our food.

We witnessed multiple families return meals to the counter and express frustration. We heard employees yelling "are you freaking kidding me" from the kitchen. We heard customers stating that "the hamburger was good but I'm not sure I'll be back until they work out their issues".

All in all, not a great experience. Wendy's we want you to win! I'm hoping that this feedback finds either an owner or manager and that they can come in and right the ship. Something isn't working and needs...

I have put in a mobile order due to living out of city limits i was my trips as short as possible well considering you’re already driving 15-20 minutes into “town” to this location you’d expect the order to be ready. No it is not you continue to wait another 15 minutes after being told oh I see your order it’ll be done in a couple minutes… that is now how you run customer service especially since you tell someone oh we didn’t have something that’s why you didn’t have it in your order and that something is something i also ordered. So instead you just tell me it’ll be a couple minutes walk off never say another word and let your customers wait 40-50 minutes total. Not to mention I decided to check once I was in the car to make sure everything is in the bag. It is thank god. But the food is cold it is not even fresh and warm. I expect a lot better out of any restaurant. I’m not sure who’s management and who’s training these kids but they need a new...

I personally love Wendy’s food, but the service is terrible. I have ordered many hamburgers NO cheese still get cheese almost every time. Wendy’s can you not make a regular hamburger? Just got my not ordered cheeseburger, 2 slices of cheese, scraped the cheese off best I could this time so don’t have to wait 30 minutes to get it replaced. Last week I didn’t get cheese believe it or not, but got pickles and tomatoes I didn’t order either. You just stand up there and plenty of people but no one will wait on you, they ignored me until I said will someone wait on me. Also soft drinks are terrible, weak watered down disgusting drink. I know it’s hard to keep help these days but do something, cause you’re going to lose business. Please, Please do something about your disgusting...
