As a repeat customer of Frankie Slice, I am continuously amazed by the unparalleled quality and flavor of their Neapolitan and New York-style pizzas. This gem of a pizzeria never fails to provide a pizza lover's paradise, consistently delivering the most authentic pies I've ever tasted outside of Italy and the Big Apple.
Each visit, the heavenly aroma of fresh pizza dough and the warm, inviting atmosphere welcome me back, making me feel right at home. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, ensuring every dining experience is exceptional.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the pizza. The Neapolitan pizza, with its perfectly charred and chewy crust, is an exquisite blend of simple, high-quality ingredients. The tomato sauce is rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the creamy, mouth-watering mozzarella. The basil adds a fragrant touch that brings the whole pie together.
On the other hand, the New York-style pizza boasts a delightfully thin, foldable crust with just the right amount of crispiness. The generous layers of toppings on this classic pie strike the perfect balance between savory and fresh, ensuring each bite is an explosion of flavor.
The secret to their outstanding pizzas lies in the dough. At Frankie Slice, they have truly mastered the art of creating the perfect base for their pies. The dough is impeccably light, airy, and boasts a subtle, yeasty flavor that is nothing short of divine. It is apparent that time, skill, and love have gone into perfecting this crucial element of their pizzas.
I wholeheartedly recommend Frankie Slice for anyone seeking the ultimate pizza experience. Whether you're a fan of Neapolitan, New York-style, or both, you will not be disappointed. This pizzeria consistently lives up to the hype, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit for another...
Read moreArrived 20 minutes after my husband called in take out order (woman on phone said pick up in 15-20 minutes). Very difficult to find parking spot (they should consider reserving take out only spots for patrons who will be running in and out quickly). When I spoke with cashier she couldn’t find the order under his name but then asked if the items were jumbo cheese and lge pepperoni which recognized as our order. She then took my card for payment where they prompt you to leave a tip (annoying!!) so I did.. I then stood there and waited FORTY FIVE more minutes without anyone making eye contact.. my mistake for not asking what was going on but it was obvious because there was another irate man there that had the same issue as well as a woman I chatted with who was waiting and super unhappy as well. I finally asked if they forgot to put my order in and the cashier said yes. When it was finally done I kindly told the girl she should have told me when I paid that the order was just going in instead of wasting my time. She agreed and apologized… but as I was walking away the other employee (girl with hair in French braids) made a really smart mouthed comment when I turned my back to leave.. so unprofessional in every way. The cooks looked so unorganized and scattered during the 45 minutes I stood there watching them. This was our go to place EVERY Friday night spending well over $50 dollars.. never again thanks to inconsiderate and outright rude disrespectful customer service. Food is only subpar as well. Save yourself aggravation and find another place to give your...
Read moreUpdate: hate to say anything negative but I put it on Facebook and no one said anything. I got surgery on January 12 and the only thing I wanted was a margarita pizza from here so my husband went to pick one up. The pizza looked nothing like it usually looks or how the menu shows a picture of it. It was completely all sauce, a few spoon fulls of mozzarella cheese and grape/cherry tomatoes on it. I have gotten this pizza so many times since discovering this place and the mozzarella cheese has always been thin, large circles and melty and never had grape/cherry tomatoes. Really thick mozzarella on pizza is just gross because it gets so hard. My husband ordered a super beef and it always comes on an onion roll but what he got did not come on an onion roll and had no sauce or cheese on it even though that’s how he ordered it. It was a very off night but if they changed how they do their margarita pizza, I unfortunately won’t be going back because it’s on the pricier side for something I can get cheaper in my town. Husband couldn’t go back during rush hour especially since we have a 2 year old and I had just gotten home from major surgery an hour before, bummed it ruined my post surgery craving 😌
First time trying it and it’s soooo good, I got the margarita and my husband got peppers and onions and both were phenomenal. I’m so picky with pizza but this...
