My husband and i visit this restaurant almost on a daily basis both in lynn and Peabody. Bill the manager in Peabody has never for once smiled at us but we never cared, but on this fateful day, 12/04 at 8pm. i called as usual to place my order and told the lady that i spoke to what i wanted, she repeated after me 3 times and she told me the food will be ready in 10 minutes and i hung up. i got there in 5 minutes and met Bill, the manager at the reception, he asked me for my name and i told him. he treats me like i'm new everyday and i visit this restaurant at least 4 times a week, yet he doesn't know my name. when he checked the order and realized the lady i spoke to ordered for the wrong thing, he started yelling at me. literally! the first thing he said was that i act so weird. he totally blamed me for the wrong order instead of apologizing to me. meanwhile i buy the same type of food everyday there. i have never for once ordered something different. i have never been humiliated the way Bill humiliated me. he even went as far as telling me to go report him to whoever i want. that shows that he has no respect for the company nor his job. he also told me he will stop the staff there from picking my call. i was in shock and I'm still in shock right now. i had to respect myself and leave and of course i'm not going back there ever! i didn't do anything wrong to this man to deserve such type of hateful words and disrespect. if you are the owner of this company and you are reading this, you hired the wrong guy. i might visit Lynn but i'm definitely done with the...

Service, there's some opportunities present. Mother's day will always be busy no matter what, but it's a bummer when you see just 2 waitresses servicing a full house. Ours was attentive when we arrived, once we ordered food, that was it. My son finished his drink, it took a while to get a refill, we also asked for water and we didn't get it at all. It got to the point I had to walk up to the bar to get a refill of my soda. I'm sure the owners were there, along with his family, just sitting there enjoying the bruins game while having people waiting outside and tables needing service. We did not even get an apology for the wait or understaff, not to mention I saw the autogratuity charge on my bill, that was a first for a party of 5 people. I usually see the autogratuity when it's 8+ but either way the owner didn't even acknowledge us on the way out because he was too attached to the Bruins playing. If this goes anywhere, please have one more person at least going around asking if tables are okay, because I know for certain someone will not want to wait over 1 hour to pay for their food and walk out without paying. Read moreFirst time there with my group. Service was great. People were very friendly and attentive. Looks like they had two maitre d's, keeping an eye on everything. One for the front part of the restaurant and one for the back. Wait staff checked in with us a few times to see how we were doing and was available if we needed anything. Bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Nice lighting and design. Only one stall though, which I think is a bit on the low end for the number of patrons they serve.
Food came out fast and tasted good. Chicken wings were pretty hard to chew. I think it was because they were fried so well. Better over than undercooked.
I give the overall experience three stars because me and another person in my group had some some digestive problems. I've been in and out of the bathroom since I got home last night with diarrhea. Something there didn't agree with me. Sadly, I don't think I'll be eating...
