Was doubled charged. Called and they said to come back. Annoying, but fine. Showed the girl my bank statement, apparently that was not enough. She asks me to log into my account to make sure they didn’t refund me! Lady if they refunded me I wouldn’t be here. She proceeded to scroll through my statement!!! Totally inappropriate! No apology. They close at 6 and when I got there at 5:50 on 12/22 & the door was locked. I made eye contact with several workers inside and got ignored. Didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge me even though they were fully aware I was trying to come in 10 minutes before close. Been to this location multiple times. And everytime the coffee is either bitter or just not made right! Always asked for a large regular coffee.
