I ordered my food at the drive thru around 1:30 a.m Saturday, October 6, 2018 only to wait almost 20 minutes for it to be cold. I informed the employee that the fries were cold and his reply was that it was “under the heat” I asked him if he can replace the 5 orders of cold fries for actual hot fries. He had an attitude as he walked away clearly lacking customer service to relay the message to the other worker who I assume was in the back. I heard them talking and laughing as if this situation was funny. I overheard an unseen female who clearly responded by saying “Oh Hell No” to the male Employee who was standing away from the window as if he was waiting for me to leave. After a few moments, I drove off not wanting to take a risk of having these extremely unprofessional employees sabotaging my food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT WENDY’S AGAIN! I HOPE THAT A MANAGER SEE’S THIS AND FIRES THOSE TWO EMPLOYEES WHO RATHER TALK AND NOT DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY. Lastly, all the food was cold not just the fries (5 orders of JBC 4 for $4 meals). Read moreI have been a Wendy's customer for many years. Every other location has been minimally adequate. This one, however, was an amazing anomaly. Not only did it take 4 attempts to get the order right over the intercom, there was a long delay to get it taken. Once we got to the window to pay, they had to verify and correct the order (never happened before). Accolades for doing that, hence 2 stars, not one. Once we got the order, we only (stupidly) verified there were the correct number and type of items in the bags. They did short us 2 items, and once we reminded the of this, they confusingly handed them over as they had already dismissed us after handing us the bags with the bulk of the order. We got to our destination to eat, and nearly every aspect of the order was not correct. We ordered a burger with a pretzel bun, it was regular. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, it was regular. Ordered chili with onion instead of fries, no onion. Ordered a peach lemonade, regular lemonade. Ordered a root beer, got a diet coke.
Love the establishment's food, this particular location with this crew is not worth going to. It would explain the long line...
Read moreWe were staying at the hotel next door on July 6th and my daughter wanted a kid's nugget meal. She loves Wendy's and was excited to get her favorite fast food for dinner. So we walked over. There were a few other people in line, and I figured it wouldn't take too long. So so wrong.
We stood in line for nearly 40 minutes. There was one person working in the front, and she never said a word of apology or even acknowledgment to anyone in the line waiting. I noticed the people who had ordered 2 ahead of us still hadn't gotten their food after 20 minutes so when we got to the front, where there was not an employee to take our order, I told my daughter I was sorry but we weren't going to keep waiting for what could end up being an hour for a kid's meal. Plus, my pizza next door was ready and had been for 10 minutes already. So we left without ordering. Another person behind us left as well.
Never have I EVER waited so long at a restaurant to just order, let alone a FAST FOOD place. Just horrible. I was extra surprised by it because when we go to Wendy's in our area, we're usually in and out in 10...
