Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Peachtree City

I went into try this location Sunday. They were super busy lobby was packed. The staff especially for a new store was fast and super friendly. They were extremely accommodating as my wife had ordered a gluten free and they went above and beyond even though they were busy to make sure her sub was made on the back line and allergy proper precautions were taken. The girl that made it put fresh gloves on, cleaned everything, used a separate knife and even made sure to use the squeeze bottles on the bread for mayo so there were no allergens from the spread. I even heard the manager pop over to the lady a couple of people infront of me who I believe had a tuna or something and let her know that she couldn’t use the spread mayo on the bottom of her sandwich but she would happily use the squeeze bottle because she had fish on her sandwich already and was trying to follow allergy protocols. They seemed to take allergy protocols very seriously which put me and my wife at ease. I had ordered a super sub and it was so good, I got it mikes way and they made sure to give plenty of toppings and really made me and my wife’s experience really great. The smiles and good banter through the whole experience was amazing and the manager even came out after the line slowed a bit and made sure everything was to our liking. My husband and I visited a local establishment today to order some subs, and unfortunately, we were quite surprised by the poor service we received from the sandwich maker. (Though I did not catch her name, I noticed she had a facial piercing). When we were ordering, I inquired if it would be possible to have mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper relish on both sides of the bread. She responded in the negative, explaining that the meat was already on the sandwich. This seemed a bit unusual, as it seemed like a simple request. After this, she seemed to become somewhat dismissive and began to assume which toppings we wanted. I had to request additional lettuce, as the serving container was quite sparse.
