The place has unfortunately dropped very low on the customer service area, from 5 to 2. I would make it a 1, but I can't get the #2 star to clear. I ordered using the app. Received a confirmation in the app that my pizza, one large supreme, would be ready in about 15 minutes, and instructions for how to use the pizza portal. Went straight there, no message about my pizza on my cell. There were about 15 people in and in front of the store. All waiting for their pizzas. Things were not looking good. Then the code for getting the pizza from the portal changed from the order number to the word 'null'. I went in and asked if they had cancelled my order. The guy behind the counter was speechless, literally. He couldn't say a word and went directly into the back where they have the orders and make the pizzas. And when he returned, he still couldn't say anything. Finally I get a text saying my pizza couldn't be put in the portal and to ask someone at the counter for it. Then about 2 minutes later I get another text: pizza is in the portal, under my name, with my original order number as the code. By now I have wasted 45 minutes for "fast? food". By the time I get home, the pizza is cold...I guess it was laying around in back because someone refused to accept it, so they shoved it off on me. I didn't open it until I got home. The damned thing was burned, tasteless like cardboard. Check out the flavor and aroma profile of burnt pepperoni and Italian sausage, cold burnt cheese and bell peppers. The whole mess was nauseating. I hope it doesn't make my wife sick. Needless to say, I will not return to either of the Little Caesars in Pearland. I went to the one on Broadway today, because last month I had a similar experience at the one on Shadow Creek Parkway. That pizza was just undercooked, but this one was destroyed. The work crews at both Little Caesars in Pearland look like unskilled highschool kids. The noise they were making in back sounded more like a school party than a business producing a product for it's customers. They need some real adult supervision. Moral: don't ever place an order between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM. They can't handle them. Pay a little more and go elsewhere. You will be happier. You might get better service during the day, but I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place needs to be shut down. No adult supervision. The teenagers there TRIED to act like they didnāt see me waiting in drive thru. I ended up walking inside and they all walked to back. I yelled hello. A little young knuckle headed girl tried to be smarta$$ and said after I said I was waiting in drive thru and every time I have the past few times I went, the teenagers act like theyāre blind and deaf. She said āno we always have someone thereā (no one was there as she said that) I pointed at empty register. Told her to just give me my pizza I paid for. She tried to charge me. Had to argue with kid. Almost forgot, if you drive by there. Just look at the employees. They wear clear gloves and touch EVERYTHING and donāt change them. Their phones, moving their masks. Register. Handles on stoves when taking boxes pizza out. Moving around their charger from outlet. Their hat. Disgusting. Iām going to record and take pictures next time because I can only image the sanitation in that place.
I hope a manager or upper management reads these reviews because an adult should be there or some form of responsible employee. Next time I go. Oh this review will be updated with photos.
UPDATED 1/14/22 No pizza ready. Everything is 45 min wait. I canāt believe this place is still opened. The employees park in front so customers donāt park for convenience. Sad.
UPDATED 5/26/22 Same issues. I had to pick up order for party and they ordered from here!! Ugh. There was multiple people in lobby beyond frustrated. Mark my words. There is going to be some careless accident there with the kids running place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame here to try a different chain and see if i needed to work in another pizza place into rotation. I was disappointed. I always pick up pizza - so i can get a feel of yhe work atmosphere, service and stire quality. Location is decent - store interior is a bit drab and dingy in my opinion. The staff - again in my opinion - didnt seem to care or want to help - maybe a better way to describe the impression i got is that no one really wanted to be there 'working' and by being a paying customer in person meant having to do something - when really being in the back where they can't be seen is where they would have much preferred (and were) to have been. Sad depressing service meant the food was only ok - the general malaise and lack of any service related behaviors translated to mediocre food and a terrible experience.
After arriving on time for an order i placed on line - it was clear my order wasn't even started because i had to wait in the lobby for at least 20 minutes. Once my order was ready - and i was the last and only customer the slow moving employee dragged himself to the counter only to look me in the eye and rather than place the pies on the counter and stitch together some semblance of a decent interaction ('here you go enjoy, sorry for the wait') - stuffed the boxes and forced them into the pickup cube. What? During my entire time, other than being asked my order number and me stating it - no one talked to me and vice versa. Based on my 1 experience i cannot recommend this location for the...
