1 star is a charity for this subway. We live across the street and go to the other side of town for subway because this one is so terrible. Not only is the quality “slapped together” at best. They don’t show a desire to satisfy the customer. We got an order for delivery from them through the subway app (had we known it was from this location we wouldn’t have ordered) or better yet.. we DIDN’T get an order from this location. Placed an order for delivery on the subway app. It showed delivered. But yet never showed up. When my wife called the store to find out what was going on the young woman replied with “I don’t know I just cook the food”… I went up to the store trying to track down my wife’s order. And was greeted by the same individual on the phone and her astoundingly sunny disposition to help people…. As she proceeded to argue with me on why she doesn’t want to fix anything that was wronged to the customer. She returned on the phone with the manager who also denied responsibility for us not getting our order. Saying that it’s handled by a third party delivery IE: door dash and says they can’t do anything. If subway is going to contract door dash for deliveries they can cancel and track down orders. It is not on me as a customer to be responsible for my order being delivered to my home when I did not contract the delivery service. If it doesn’t make it to my home that is for subway and door dash to hash out.. not me. We as the customer suffer from their lack of interest in customer service. And I hope everyone sees this review as a warning for this location. Please proceed further down 518 to the better location...
Read moreI will certainly not go here anywhere near closing time after reading so many nightmare stories about picking up orders then. Went there first time Friday, 12/13/24, at 2pm. Not busy; ordered, sandwiches were good; place has "A" rating from city of Pearland on the door. Was very clean as far as we could see. My issue was the stinking music playing too loud from the overhead speaker. It sounded like two radio stations playing at the same time through a broken speaker. It was very bad. I asked the older lady putting food out if she would please turn it off, completely off. She said no, they can't control it which is ridiculous to think a store manager cannot control something as simple as the music and it's volume in his own store. Don't know if that's exactly the case but she said they couldn't do anything about the horrific noise we had to listen to while we tried to sit and enjoy...
Read morePoor, poor, poor customer service. This morning on May 15, 2019, I placed an app order on the Subway app. After arriving, I sent my son in to pick up the order. The lady preparing the food allowed a number of people to go before my son before she started to make the order. After making the order in front of him, she refused to give it to him saying that he needed to pay. Then she proceeded to take other orders. When I came in, she started she didn't know anything about the app. I told her that she needed to stop what she was doing and finish my son's order. She then walks to the register and gives me the prepared order. Either she was lying or subway has failed to educate their employees. It is a disservice to customers and flat out ridiculous how my son was disregarded. We were inconvenienced and I would definitely like to speak to corporate about...
