After AAU Basketball Practice, my son wanted a sweet treat. This location is near the gym.

I've visited the Deep Ellum location in Dallas, TX, but was very excited to see a local Peach Cobbler Factory.

We walked in at approximately 9:22pm. They close at 10pm. Thanks so much for being open until your posted closure hours!!! That's big.

It was clean inside and the ladies were friendly. Shataraca (Shay) took our orders and Jayda (may be Jayla) she made our order. Very sweet ladies. Two sisters working the family business! Love to see it.

Now let's get into this cobbler. We have ordered through door dash twice before actually visiting the store front. Each dash order was perfect and our ice cream never melted. Favor! The absolute best flavor for us is the Cinnamon Prailine Cobbler. My goodness its addictive. We do enjoy the traditional peach cobbler, however CPC is something special. They put cinnamon on the ice cream and its just the perfect elevation. Their churros are also very good.

The best way to try them all is order a cobbler flight. They do have pudding as well, but Im not a pudding enthusiast.

You must check this out. The crust to fruit filling is on point like granny used to make for the holidays. Its always warm. Delightful. Love it here!! Keep up to great tastes...

I'm giving 5 stars, but my experience was 4. I drove 45 minutes to support your Grand Opening. Upon arrival, I noticed two men taking down the black & orange tents in the parking lot. Seeing this, I had hoped you all weren't shutting down for the day because it was after 5pm. So, I opened the car door and had asked the men . . . Did you all sell out of Peach Cobbler? The tall male responded: "No, we didn't sell out, but you look like you gonna make us sell out. My response: Wow, did you really say that? Did you really let that come out of your mouth? The other shorter Man said: Miss, please don't pay him no mind. Despite the rude and disrespectful comment, I still patronized your business showing support. I will leave this with you, sometimes those closest to you will try to sabotage your endeavors. I sincerely wish you much success...

I thought I had found my go-to peach cobbler when I don’t feel like making it, but I guess not. I’m giving 3 stars for the 3 times i’ve had it before. it was very good those 3 times. Today I ordered their peach cobbler via uber eats and it arrived with lots of burnt pieces in it, kind of cold and I tasted more sugar than anything else. I’m very very picky about my peach cobbler, especially since I make mine from scratch all the time. With peach cobbler there has to be a good balance between the sugar and spices. Today whoever made this batch of peach cobbler was extra heavy on the sugar 😖. I could not finish it. I wish I had taken a picture before I put it in the trash to show all the burned pieces.
