CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in Pearland

Buyer Be aWare: I was devastated! This company worked a miracle on my phone. They literally did CPR on it. I take care of my 94 year old grandmother and use my phone for everything. Sadly, it wasn't completely backed up and it went black last week, after falling out of my jacket. The Screen cracked, the back of it opened and wasn't ringing. I found them online and swooped in as they were closing, with this urgent lifeline request. I was greeted and treated with respect and was assured by Ricky and Harry that 99% of phones are fixable. I cried tears, when they said it would take further troubleshooting from one of their specialists. I entrusted my phone with them for a few days and to my surprise, the store's Owner stepped in to see to it that my phone data was recovered and restored. Who does that these days? Who cares enough about their customers anymore? I couldn't wait to tell my story on here. Bless anyone out there with a struggle like mine. I'm not a techy person, but to know they used their expertise to make the difference in my life.... well, that's priceless!!!

I'm grateful for them at the Pearland Tx location on Broadway. It smelled wonderful in there, they were polite, professional and offered me water more than once. In the end, I bought a case and screen protector to go with my phone that looks shiny and new now.

My phone insurance failed me horribly, but "CPR" came through. The cost was low... and, she gave me a much needed hug. I plan to bring my other devices to them to straighten out. Thanks guys for everything. May you, your Team and business, flourish always!

I should have gone here first - Choose this place over uBreakiFix! uBreak completely broke my charging port and took no responsibility for it, so I rushed to this place around the corner (CPR). Harry was great and so willing to help me in a panic. He took me as a walk-in when there were other appointments, and got the job done faster than he estimated, to his surprise as well. He was very transparent and friendly about the repairs and what needed to be done. The environment was also very comfortable while I waited. Although I walked out with a new mic issue, I went back he did his best to solve the problem free of charge. I have an older phone, so I don't put too much blame on his work for this. If I was a native of the area, this would be my regular place. He was well intentioned, personable, and did the job. They need to have more reviews so they can show up on Google over their competitor! Once you go, please...

I truly recommend avoiding this place at all cost if possible. Was sent to this location by my insurance company and have been getting the run around for over 2 weeks on a phone that they repaired incorrectly. Basically the screen they replaced on my device stopped working after 30 minutes. I brought the device back and informed them of such. They stated that I must file another claim (which my insurance denied) stating that the device is covered by 120 day warranty. The guy at the store stated he would keep me updated on the process something he has failed to do and everytime I call I recieve a different answer. Now one of my phone lines has been without a phone for over 2 weeks. Makes me not want to pay phone insurance anymore if they're going to send me to a crappy 3rd party that doesn't know how to do...
