Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Pee Pee Township

Door dash customers- beware. Almost always when I order using doordash, there is little to no effort put into my order. Things are always missing, utensils are often not given, and the food usually isn’t the greatest. I only order from DQ anymore because my kids want ice cream items. Today was the worst though. When I received my food, my hamburgers were COLD. I don’t mean room temperature, I mean they were not cooked thoroughly enough to even heat up to room temperature. They were not fully thaw. I was already grossed out because they covered them in ketchup when I requested no ketchup(it was like ketchup soup).. but after wiping it off with paper towels and biting into it… I completely lost my appetite. For $5 per sandwich on DD, I’m extremely upset. $10 on sandwiches alone was wasted. At least the chicken tenders the kids got were good… at least I’m assuming because they didn’t say they were frozen. 🤮 and no, I’m not a Karen… I’ve ordered probably 20 times from this location and I’d say 15 were completely messed up. I love dairy queen. I used to work there in 2013. It used to have a great atmosphere with nice staff. Today i went through the drive thru the girl was rushing me majorly. Then i get to the window get dirty looks from the two girls at the window. She YANKS my card out of my hand to the point i almost dropped it. Hands me my drinks with all the straws and utensils AT ONCE i was struggling. Then rudely tells me to pull up for my food. She brings it out i say thank you and she walks away without a word. This location is by far the worst I've been to. The owner must never visit or just has low quality standards. The employees are lackluster. It seems like the majority are hire as a work for welfare program. I wouldnt have minded the terrible service if the workers were just kids like most of the Dairy Queen locations. The restaurant is always dirty and incredibly slow. I cant remember a time ive came in and it didnt smell like rotten milk. Is you have an issue you are treted like you shouldnt have came in the first place. The parking lot is full of potholes and hard to get in and out of.
