Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Pelham

So today I order DoorDash and get a bunch of food. It gets here with no receipt , the dasher said jacks didn’t give me one. I guess they wanted to steal my points . Then I ordered 2 different pies and the morons didn’t mark them so we had to rip them open to know who gets what. I’m don’t getting screwed by going to jacks anymore , I’ve tried but every single time they screw me over. They have had time to try to sell hamburgers but they can’t even do that . When they close maybe a real restaurant will buy the building . So I wake up early before a job to go to jacks and sit down and eat a good breakfast and I get there after 6:am and I try to go inside but the door is locked. I called and ask if the lobby is open and the girl says yes but we don’t have the key. I said well it isn’t open then. About that time an employee walked up to the door and yanked on it and she couldn’t get in either. I go through the drive through. Order a big breakfast and the clown gives me one napkin. I have to sit in the parking lot in 20 degree weather and try to eat. . 3.4 stars for a new restaurant. I guess they are going to screw it up like all...

Clean and new. October 2024. Friendly employees. Fast hot food. Just getting the kinks ironed out. 6 tables needed wiping. But that’s the only thing I could find that needed any attention.

To start with, I believe wholeheartedly in supporting local businesses even when they are a franchise. This place started out great. Fast, clean, accurate. In the last 4 weeks something has changed. Slow service, food delivery to the counter, dirty. Manager Candace ignored us after being notified about an overcharge. Witnessed a verbal altercation with an employee about another customers order. We are done with this location. Totally unprofessional and demeaning to the employee. Customers were shocked. We left after being overcharged and it not being corrected. I hate leaving bad reviews. What time does breakfast end? I have had two weird encounters with the drive-thru service. The first time I was there around 10:30, and the people in the drive thru went back and fourth about the time. The guy finally allowed me to order. This morning while waiting in the drive thru its 10 AM, the car in front of me ordered. As soon as that car pulled off the woman walks over changes the menu and walks off. My understanding breakfast served until 10:30/11. Who is eating a cheeseburger at French fries at 10 in the morning.
