Ruby China — Restaurant in Pelham

So, where do I start! We spent $70.00 on food that wasn’t terrible.. HOWEVER, what Chinese establishment does NOT include at least soy sauce in the bag for a pick up?!

We got home with our order, that included 2 poo poo platters, plus much more! .. with ABSOLUTELY NOOOO soy sauce or duck sauce what so ever!! Never mind the sweet-and-sour sauce that usually comes with it!

When I called the actual establishment to question them, this is the excuse I was given:

“The sauces are on the table on the way out. If you want them, you need to get them yourself”. My response was “that includes The sweet-and-sour sauce?” And the lady on the phone said “yes.”

Never in my life have I ever seen sweet-and-sour sauce on a table!

So if you want dry Chinese food, my recommendation is go here unless you have all the sauces you need in your refrigerator.

There is definitely better Chinese out there! Just drive to Salem NH, 10 minutes away (I wish I did) and get better...

Definitely not ready for dine-ins post covid. Went here because the parking lot looked very busy. Stepped inside to a semi-clean waiting area and ordered Szechuan chicken w/ lo mein and the second order was steamed vegetables with shrimp with white rice.

I don't like leaving bad reviews(especially for a small businesses) but after spending the entire weekend with my wife on the toilet I just simply have to say something. We have gone through an entire bottle of pepto in less than 48 hours.

Won't be eating Chinese-food for a while and when we do we will not be...

I agree the food is good but when I saw a young worker put his bare hand all the way into the bottom of an aluminum lined bag to open it, I decided then, that this was the last time for me. COVID19 is still prevalent in the community and this was a violation of a basic food handling guideline. None of the food handlers were using gloves including those whose additional duties included the register. Normally I would give 1 star but I'm giving ownership a heads up. Maybe they'll play closer attention to how food goes...
