Pisanello's Pizza — Restaurant in Pemberville

Just placed an order at 6:07pm for a meatzza stuffed crust pizza & a Cassie bread. I have a garlic allergy so I always specify "no garlic salt" to which this woman I'm on the phone with gets super snotty with me. Tells me that they only put it on the bread. I respond with yes I know that's why I'm saying no garlic salt, I have an allergy to garlic. To which she raises her voice at me, proceeds to speak over me and tells me this is a pizza joint, there's garlic everywhere i cant be sure you wont have any on it. Im saying ok ok, trying to calm her down. Yet she is still going on and on over top of my voice telling me if I have a severe allergy then maybe I should rethink my purchase. I said ok enough I understand. She said ok have a nice night with a rude snarky attitude.

Prior to her rudeness she told me that it would be 645 pm pick up. So my boyfriend goes there to pick up our dinner and the lady told him that she did not make our order because I hung up on them. Which I did not do. There was an end to the conversation. She told him he would have to wait another 20 minutes 🙄

He was pissed and left. This is not how a small town business should treat their local customers! We've lived here 3 years and have been loyal customers. This woman always answers the phone like she hates her job, she's always disrespectful and rude. I dont know if she's the owner or manager or just a disgruntle employee but she definitely needs some help with out to properly treat customers, especially customers with allergies!!

Beware if you try to order food from this location. No customer appreciation nor respect will be given. I would avoid...

My favorite part of ordering pizza from Pisanello's in Pemberville is how well they know their customers. It's a true testament of a local family knowing their community. Every time I order carry out here, they ask if I am headed over to the in-laws house before we get to the part of the conversation where I leave them my name for the pick up. It's amazing! They always know I am the one calling just based off the toppings and items I am ordering. Thank you Pisanello's for making our ordering experience so special! I tell this story almost every time we enjoy your pizza. Oh and if you have never tried the Cassie Bread (⬅️spelling?), it's amazing and our son crushes it. I have ordered from this pisanellos multiple times. The food is honestly not that good compared to other pisanellos. Also the service is terrible. when I call to place and order I’m always given attitude right away. I’m also told that “I’m breaking up” well I’m sitting in my house with wifi so maybe they would figure out that their phone is obviously the problem. I have ordered about five times from here now and every time has been a disappointment. My wife just went through the drive thru and was given major attitude. They will no longer be getting...
