Used to come here all the time, but the last time I went was in December... the experience progressively got worse. The first time I ordered delivery from Grub Hub I think.... They were pretty awesome, then I realized they were just down the street from me so I started ordering take out. We dealt with missing items on several occasions, and employees talking inappropriately when we were there to pick up our orders. The last time I went and that was almost 3 months ago now, was the final straw. The person who seemed to be in charge sat at the desk at the front counter with her phone on speaker talking with what was obviously a gossip girlfriend about some guy... the other 2 employees seemed to be restocking or cleaning I am unsure but neither of the 3 people said anything to me for 5+ minutes.... The girl looked at me several times but kept on talking to who ever was obviously more important than a guest. She wasn't on the computer, or typing anything just to be clear, she was simply sitting in the chair looking at her phone and scrolling through it while the conversation was on speaker.
Oh don't worry, it didn't stop there. After one employee said: "Hello, we will be right with you." I waited another 5+ minutes for the same employee to come to the counter to ask me what they could do for me. At this point the one employee who didn't come to the front started yelling at the girl sitting in the chair: "WHY DON'T YOU GET OFF YOUR PHONE AND HELP!" the girl ignored him and kept on talking loudly about nonsense.... I continued to tell the employee I was there to pick up a take out order that I had placed about 30minutes ago at this point. The employee then turned and walked back towards the oven and picked up an order that had been sitting there this whole time.... It was cold to the touch and obviously had been made right away as expected but no one cared to give it to me. I was so frustrated I didn't check the pizzas or wings. I should have as they were all burned except for a few wings that were apparently on the inner part of pack when cooked... How do you burn things in that oven (I have used them before)??? We ended up scraping the toppings off the pizza with as much bread as we could because the crust was like a rock and black on the bottom. Horrible to bite into....
After walking out my wife reminded me we didn't get our soda so I went back in to get the 2 liter I had paid for. The same employee who helped me before saw me and came right to the front as I told him we had a 2 liter of soda as well. He walked to the walk-in cooler and grabbed a cold one for me and I was back out in a few minutes. As I left I could still here the girl on her phone screaming now about: "How dare he! Oh my gosh!"... Pathetic excuse for management... they shouldn't be allowed to work there never mind be left in charge.
Yea yea, it has been 3 months since this happened... Maybe the recollection doesn't reflect on anyone currently there. I sure hope not, either way. I doubt I will return for a while.
You got 5 stars ONLY because I wouldn't want to give you 1 star based on an experience from 3 months ago.
(PS: I used to order $60+ orders at least...

To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations. During my recent visit, I was met with an incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude from a Natalie.S Black Jamaican woman working there. Her tone and behavior were completely unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Also when I ask for her manager info she didn’t give the number and I had to call another hungry Howies then my brother Shamar who used to be the manager to get the information it wasn’t okay this is a terrible location
In addition to that, the other woman present wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t seem interested in resolving anything or even communicating clearly. The overall energy between the staff was off—they clearly lacked communication, and their unprofessional behavior reflected poorly on your brand.
As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I hope you take the necessary steps to address this. Good customer service matters.

Placed an order via Uber Eats and immediately called to let them know not to put cheese on the order. A guy picked up and immediately placed me on hold for 11 minutes!!!!!! I had to hang up and call back explaining not to put cheese on the pasts due to allergies. That idiot argued and even made my point!!! He did not want to take any blame saying the food is ready. Well you can shove that pasta up your cheeks and eat it sir! It doesn't take 11 minutes to put someone on hold. As a matter of fact if I didn't hang up and call again - I'd still be on hold. I explained that to him but he kept talking in circles making my point. All he had to do was remake the pasta without cheese but he wanted to argue. I told him I was going to cancel the order and he hung up the phone on my face. Then the man gave the Uber Driver the food anyway. Who on earth would eat food from such a place like this after this altercation?!?! For all I know he'd piss on the food and serve it to me. He can serve it...
