good pizza for the price. terrible customer service at the front. either the worker tries the best to ignore the customer until they feel like talking or they just don’t know what they’re doing. The people who make the pizzas have never messed up, always done a good job. I always have a problem with whoever is up front. Today, we ask to split the cost, one card one charge and the rest on the other one. Which we’ve done previously. She then goes “I don’t think we can do that..” I mentioned we’ve done it there before, if she doesn’t know how to go ask a manager. She goes “okay I got it, your card?” and proceeds to charge the WHOLE total in the one card. “See we can’t do that” Instead of having a brain and thinking, “let me ask my manager how to do it” she just proceeds and does something that I specifically asked to charge differently.
On a previous visit, another lady gave us an attitude and ignored us for awhile until finally telling us it’ll take them a while for the pizza, we were fine with that and sat down. if it wasn’t for another 20mins of me asking if it was finally ready we wouldn’t have known that it had been ready for some time! The lady had even told us she would let us know when it was done.

Read moreI had a hilarious yet overall positive experience at this Dominos on 12/11/2016. I ordered a pizza online and requested that the garlic sauce on the crust be withheld. When I got confirmation my order was ready I drove over to pay and pick it up only to find out they had made it with a garlic crust and I would have to wait on getting a new one out to me. Slightly disappointed I obliged knowing it would only take about 10 min...called the house letting them know dinner would be a little late. When they brought out the second (new and improved and fixed to order) pizza it was exactly what I ordered - pineapple and pepperoni with no garlic crust...except it was the wrong size. I couldn't help but laugh at their honest mistake and had to wait another 10 min for a new pizza in the correct size. Because of my troubles the manager waived all charges and let me take home all three pizzas and a bonus cookie! Yes they messed up my order twice BUT they were very very sweet in getting it all fixed up and waiving my charges for the inconvenice- that is what great customer service looks like- admitting that we're all humans and make mistakes and making sure we own up to them. Overall I will definitely be ordering from this...
Read moreIf I could give this place ZERO stars .. Sent my son in to grab 2 pizzas for lunch, he order in person and right after he paid for his food, the system crashed. The manager, then proceeds to tell him that she doesn't have his order and cannot make his pizzas. He then shows her PROOF of ordering and his banking statement showing the payment was processed and just went thru. She proceeds to tell him she cannot make his food, he then requests for a refund as he has to go back to work, and I can hear her loud and clear (I'm on the phone with him) asking him how can she refund him?? Like make it make sense please!!! You charged someone's card, claim the system went down so you have no record of his order or payment, YOU TOOK HIS ORDER, he shows you the charge on his banking app, you proceed to tell him he cannot have a refund when he asked for it but then you go ahead and make his order, and instead of handing him his order like a decent human being, you shove it to him... If you are not a people person, you should not be working face to face jobs. I truly see why this location has 1.8 stars. It's a horrible location, managers act like animals and they are clueless as hell. Domino's...
