I have never had a good experience at this location. Usually long lines/slow service/orders made wrong. Although, It’s close to home and convenient but after today I will not spend my money here again. 1st of all, don’t allow your employees to have headphones in.. how can they pay attention to what is happening or have any sort of communication with the customer?? I haven’t been to DD in awhile, so i decided to log back into my app before my visit. I reloaded $15 onto my card before entering the drive thru line. When I got to the window the employee scanned my card and told me I owed money. As I was questioning her because I had just reloaded and got the email confirmation that I had $15 on my card. she just insisted I owed money and closed the window. She didn’t even give me a second to pull my card out.. she comes back and takes my card, then try’s to hand me a dozen donuts that belonged to the car behind me. I told her they weren’t mine and she was very defensive showing me the receipt. The order for the car behind me was added to my order, Which made sense why I owed money. She then tried to take my card back to refund me, but every time I spoke to her or asked a question she said “huh, what,” lifting her Dunkin’ headset to hear what I was saying because she had a AirPod in the other ear. It was very frustrating and rude to feel like I was not being listened too and she kept slamming the window closed. No smile, no I’m sorry, no care at all. I will go out of my way to go to a different location off pines blvd. or in Weston for a kinder experience. That was absolutely not worth a...
Read moreSo have been to this place a few times since they have opened. Not always have I had a pleasant experience. In the past I’ve always went through the drive through because it was convenient. However, last time I went through the drive through, it was in the afternoon and I was the only vehicle in the drive through, I place my order, and received my merchandise quickly, and my card was returned to me. As I was putting my card back in my wallet I was getting cash out to place a tip in their window tip jar, and before I had time to put it in the jar, the girl is asking me to pull up out of the way because they are on a timer and their time has to be really good today. Rude! I should’ve kept my tip, but by this time I already had it out, and this was the first time they were rude, so I ignored it. Fast forward to today (to weeks later) it’s 8:15 am and I pull up to the drive through line, 20 other cars are in the line, I sat there for 5 minutes, the line moved once. So I decided to park the car and go inside. Once inside, it was obvious that they were busy. However, half the staff looked like they didn’t know what they were doing, and the other half had major attitude problems. Clearly a dysfunctional place. I ordered a coffee and donuts. People were walking out without paying. The girl working the cash register was rude and unprofessional. The manager was barking out a bunch of orders. It was not a very pleasant environment. Made me feel like I was in the ghetto. I think I’ll stick to chick-fil-a for all my fast food needs and run to Publix for my donuts. This...
Read moreI went in to pick up my mobile order I placed 20 minutes before arriving. There was only one other customer there and she was waiting on her order. My order was missing its sandwich. The workers were either oblivious that there was another customer there or intentionally ignoring me. I gave them a few minutes to realize I was there... nothing. I then try to get one of their attention by saying "excuse me" with a kind tone. Nothing. I say it 4 more times until one of the two ladies there turns around and say "no no, I don't handle things with customers. I stay in my own little spot, whatever you need, needs to be handled by her" as she points to the only other employee there. I'm flabbergasted at this point as it was now obvious she was ignoring me on purpose and I didn't do anything to warrant that kind of behavior directed at me. But okay, I go to the other side of the store and try to ask the other employee for my missing sandwich, and she looks at me like I'm crazy while staying at the mobile order station without saying a word. The sandwich was not there when I obtained my other items from the same location. She could have used her words to say, I just placed the sandwich there, or something to that affect, instead of making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I will never return to this location. I don't know what these two ladies are going through but taking it out on the customers is completely...
