Read morei been eating here with my family for several years now food was always good and price fair, service not so great but what ever. i notice recently on some dishes quality of meat has dropped. i was charged 20% tip included on a $60 dollar bill and never saw waitress except when the order was taken, never got my hot sauce and i had to get up to get a water refill. so if you want a good tip teach your servers to earn it money is not free customers should not have to pay for their salary. just last week i order to go for my entire family order was for about $150 took only about a minute to place the order over the phone. when i picked up food i saw my check and was charged on a to go order $15 dollars for a SERVICE CHARGE........ on a to go order ????? i called to complain and manager told me because of covid thats how it is. well i did not get a raise at my job because of covid. my point is i was charged 15 dollars of service charge for a 1 minute phone call order multiply that by all customers so customers are paying the owners employees wages this is not fair to the people that give you business i will never eat there again and i will tell everyone i know what you are doing i wish i gave you 0 stars. there are many other good food fair prices restaurants to eat at good i hope people realize what...
Read moreI been visiting this place couples of times before with no big issues. But on 8/4/21 my spouse and I were there and after dinner when my Husband paid with his debit card the server came and mentioning that the card was declined. We was surprised because we know by hart that the card is good. Then I give her my card from another bank so they make the charges adding 20% tip. After we left we when home and my husband enter to his bank to find out why the card was decline. Our surprise was discovered that the charge go thru my husband card and also to my card, so Atlakat charges double to us. My husband returns with the receipts and proof that they charge in both cards same afternoon . Today is 8/9/21 as today they still denied the charges and have not return one of the charges . Today they asking my husband to bring proof from the banks that we was charged double. My husband is a 71 years old man that desire respect we have the proof that they make a mistake we understand we just want one of the charges $72.66 returns back to our card. They responses are very inconsiderate to customers. So my recommendation watch the charges in your card or paid cash if you don't want to have a hart...
