The experience I had at this location was so bizarre you probably won’t believe it! I ordered 3 subs online. I paid extra for each of them because I wanted extra meat. I went and picked up my order and noticed the bag felt extremely light. When I got home I opened all the subs and seen that none of them were made right and none had the extra meat I paid for. All of them were missing at least 3 things that I requested on them. I went back and told the young man that I needed my sandwiches remade because they all were wrong. He asked to see my receipt and then proceeded to tell me, “Oh yeah I decided to make it like that because if I made it the way you wanted it it would’ve been too much and would have just been a mess. I was shocked by the audacity! There was no apology and he felt confident in his explanation. I told him he could redo the sandwiches. I asked him if he were able to make them. He said he doesn’t think he can that’s why he didn’t do it the first time. I was so disgusted at the point and told him to just give me a gift card with the amount that I paid and I’ll go to a different location. He said that he’ll give the refund. He gives me a copy of my receipt that says void at the top and says the money went back to my account. Of course that takes days so I’m even more upset because I asked for the gift card of the amount because I didn’t want to have to make an additional transaction when going to the next Subway, so now I ask he get the manager on the phone. I didn’t get her name unfortunately, but she was no better then the guy. I explained the situation and wanted to know why the young man couldn’t just redo the sandwiches her response was well maybe he was busy. She also at no time offered an apology. I told her that since he had to refund me he could’ve given me the money on the gift card so I wouldn’t have to pay additional money from my account. The managers response to me was that I just have to wait for the refund. I have NEVER received such terrible customer service in my life and I vow to NEVER go to this location again! I do not write reviews but I am writing this one because I want this subway to get better at this subway is ran by three employees when you walk in and if it’s not even busy the one cook will prepare every single to go for Uber eats DoorDash before greeting you you will be standing there by yourself with no other customers in the restaurant for 25 minutes until they finally make their sandwich and you leave which is a total of almost 45 minutes experience time total. There is no order of service for in-house to to go to pick up. They will literally restock their entire dry storage and to go. Before they check you out with payment. I feel like when I go there. There’s a cleanliness problem at this location. There were flies flying around the store & a dead fly on the top of the silver cover they now use to block guests from seeing them make your sandwich. I asked for packets of mustard & mayo & they only had expired packets of mustard. My guess is that if there’s a fly infestation going on in the front of the house then there’s certainly something nasty going on in the back. I highly discourage eating here. Flies inside a restaurant that has open food sitting on the counter isn’t a good sign. A box filled with old condiments sitting there & not getting tossed out until a guest asks for some is a red flag that no inventory is taking place.
