Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I absolutely hate & really am getting tired of wasting my hard earned money on a business & getting treated like COMPLETE TRASH by their employees. Today is Sunday 1:00pm, I just left this location very upset & completely enraged for I had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with the guy working the front’s attitude. I said to him “excuse me” very politely & he looked at me right in the eye & just looked away & kept doing what he was doing like if he hadn’t completely just acknowledged that I needed his help. I said again “excuse me” & again! He looked at me at didn’t say a word like if I did something to him?? Or I was doing something wrong?? This person really shouldn’t be handling customers IN ANY WAY, very very very unprofessional & says a lot about the people you guys choose to work for you, do this guy & everyone else a favor & GET RID OF HIM it didn’t seem like he wanted to be there any way, as a very upset customer you guys...

On Nov. 8, 2019, I placed an order for the pizza portal which I normally do. After waiting, i get the notification that my pizza so hop in the car and drive over to get my order. I walk in see my name on the portal and proceed with the code given to me. It does not work so i wait. 50 mins later and I am still waiting on my pizza order. I looked in the back and those poor kids had at least 25-30 orders on their radar and none of them knew what they were doing. Never in my life have I ever waited for an order in Little Caesars this long. And because I placed the order online, I have to wait 3-10 business days to get my money back. So guess what, I have no money and no dinner tonight. I'm furious!! Ive never complained about a fast food joint but you better believe that corporate is going to get an ear full with this one. And I will not be returning to this...

This location is actually pretty good. I have ordered pick up 2x in the past week because I'm working nearby on a short term project. The first time my order was not ready exactly when promised. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and nobody was in front for a good 3 minutes or so. Eventually someone emerged from the back, I gave my name and she said she was working on crazy bread and it would be ready soon. She said the same to the guy in front of me and the girl who came in after me. About 4 minutes later it was done and it was hot and fresh, which I appreciated. The second time I went the place was busy with customers but my order was ready and everything was hot and again...
