Pizza Machine — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

This place is a huge disappointment. Pizza Machine had a great product, piping hot, loaded with toppings, tons of cheese. Based on that, I ordered a large cheese pizza, with bacon and garlic toppings plus a side of garlic bread and garlic butter. The chipper attendant on the phone excitedly took the order and said I would have it in approximately 45 minutes. In about 20 minutes it was delivered. Bad sign. Lukewarm, hardly any bacon or garlic. Garlic bread was almost uncooked. My guess is that it was sitting on a shelf and the manager on duty decided to ship it out to me which explains the speed with which it was delivered. I tipped the driver $4 because it was not his fault that management was so stingy with its toppings and had no pride in the product. I could hardly believe it was Pizza Machine. The next day I decided to inspect the box in which the pie was delivered. And was not surprised to find that the box was of a generic brand, not a Pizza Machine branded box. I suppose management decided that it would cut costs to get generic boxes instead of the brand boxes. I will never patronize this...

I GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULD'T LET ME GIVE NO STARS!!!

My co-workers and I love to order from Pizza Machine but for some reason we always have problems that I think shouldn't be problems. Pizza Machine opens at 11:00AM but we called around 10:30AM to place our orders so when the business opened our orders can be processed. The young lady that answered the phone was asked may we place a order now because we know you're not open and she said yes and started to take the orders. Well as soon as we get into the orders she stops and says "YOU'LL HAVE TO CALL BACK IN AN HOUR TO PLACE YOUR ORDER"! So we asked to speak with a manager and she replied "I'M THE OWNER"!!!

We even called back to see if we could explain wanting to order early and another lady started to take the orders again and then right when I was giving her the orders she told me to hold on because someone was telling her something which was to tell me to call back in an hour! If I call back in an hour it'll be 11:30AM which is 30 minutes after you open.

I JUST GAVE UP AND SAID NO THANK YOU WE WON'T ORDER! WE PLACED OUR ORDERS WITH...

I have worked customer service over 15 years, I am disgusted by the way things are handled in this location. My boyfriend ordered a pizza with white sauce the last time we went to pizza machine and today he calls to order the same pizza. He tells the lady over the phone he wants a large cheese pizza with the white sauce. The lady tells him oh you want the alfredo pizza he goes yes with cheese. They gave us a cheese pizza with mushroom and spinach on it. If a customer calls and request a cheese pizza with white sauce why would you assume they want a pizza with spinach and mushroom. Furthermore my boyfriend calls to tell the lady and she finds no error in her end. When I show up with the pizza to get the correct one she goes on to tell me again that he was wrong. Guess what you just lost a long time customer. I asked her to refund the pizza because I didnt want anything anymore and she voids the transaction and charges me $9 for the other stuff I had told her I didnt ask for a void I asked for a refund.
