Admittedly this was my first time trying a pasty. The employees were extremely friendly and informative which I appreciate. The inside looked very clean and I didn’t have any doubts about the sanitary conditions. The downside is that the pasty didn’t taste all that good. The portion was big, but the bland and dry texture seemed to outweigh that bonus.
They also only offer 1 hot and ready option which was the one I tried ( beef and potato ).
Maybe this is just how pasty’s are and I’m an uncultured swine, or perhaps it just isn’t that good, either way I probably won’t return for more..

Read moreVisited here in August 2016 after touring nearby Martin Guitar Factory. Had to stop and find out whether these Cornish pasties measured up to my grandmother's. So happy to report that they did and I know my grandma was smiling down on me from heaven as I took my first bite. I live in Maryland so I was delighted to find a grocery store that carried them only 1 hour away from where I live rather than having to drive 6 hours to get to these! I've made my own from Grandma's recipe but these are convenient and so good!! The only thing they are missing...
