Me and my wife had ordered some food. And I had ordered the steak bagel. And when we got our carry out and went to go eat it. I noticed that instead I had gotten the bacon bagel which had sauce, cheese, egg and bacon. Whereas the steak had steak and onions instead of bacon. So I went back and asked them if I could have a steak one instead. And so immediately the woman taking care of me took it back and brought back the steak without sauce or grilled onions. And so I asked for sauce and grilled onions and she took it back again and came back 2 minutes later with onions but no sauce and so, then I thought that it was mayonnaise and so I asked her if she could put the mayonnaise on it. Because it didn't have any. She then with an attitude said that "it doesn't come with mayonnaise. It comes with breakfast sauce." And so I politely asked her if I could have some of that. So then she returns back behind the counter and grabs me mayonnaise instead of the breakfast sauce. I wasn't gonna argue with her because she was already getting moody. So I just took the mayonnaise and left. I don't understand how you could make so many mistakes. You would figure when a customer brings back food to return it that you would be more diligent the second time or third or forth time and it wouldn't take 5 tries to get one sandwich out.. And as somebody who has managed fast food I would have offered if not the by the first mistake, but the second mistake would have offered free food such as a side of hash Browns. Or the sandwich be free or refunded the money. Or something offered to the customer. I would have denied the offer but it would have at least been nice of them to offer something or at least be kind. I now remember why it has been 3 years since I ate at a McDonalds and I don't plan on coming back again. Also FYI the lady in the back making the food was still in her pajamas. Read moreFirst approach store inside looked too be closed. Almost just left. Then had too ask them too take my order. Notice 2 employees on there phone headset walking around singing why I waited for someone too take my order. Manager on duty didn't even approach me. Then once my order taken was serve cold food. And when ask for new fries watch as the continue too serve other customer an not remember too bring me fresh fries. Had too approach them an ask how long it take to make new fries. Again was serve slightly warm fries not even filled. Restrooms was dirty, an smelled as the sprayed bug spray. Closed at 11pm dinning room but was locked up at 10pm locked out as I left. Guessing today standards in customer service need not apply. I visit this area once a week but will put this on my list most likely not return. Would give only 1 star rating. BUT whichever manager was on duty today May 10th at 11:45am; it was a male with no name tag on. Was the rudest ever! I have an allergy to onions and asked for a McDouble no onions. Twice the drive thru person gave it to me and there were still onions on; they tried just scraping them off. I went in to talk to the manager and he was rude and did not take it serious or care at all. His remark at the end was “ go enjoy your ketchup only burger bud” I WILL be reporting this location as well as him! If I ate that and had to be rushed to the hospital then...
