McDonald's — Restaurant in Pendleton

First of all, it's McDonald's, nothing fancy... But I guess ordering a drink with a meal cancels the drink you had previously ordered separately... The order list kept jumping around and only showing parts of my order so I had a hard time following what they were doing. But it looked like they added the first drink to a meal I ordered separately and then just changed the drink to what I wanted with the meal when it was something different... They didn't do this once but twice with two different meal orders... To be fair I was already in a slur mood so I was impaction and didn't bother double checking the order because I've never had an order be messed up at the drive through speaker before... I didn't notice until I had already paid, gotten my food and checked my recept... The woman at the window seemed new and also confused when I brought up the missing drink I noticed (as at the time I hadn't yet realized two were missing) she was nice enough to just give me the drink free and she was very polite about it ( earned a star)... tithe food wasn't necessarily bad either, nothing was cold or melted, or soggy (another star) so I wasn't necessarily disappointed... Mainly confused why you would switch around someone's order like that without asking... In the end I wound up just going in and reordering the last missing drink, since it didn't end up on the recept in the first place I still only paid...

We really enjoy using our McDonald's app. It really helps when funds run low. Your system won't let us use more than 1 app per order. Yet it will let us use more than 1 app if we put it on different orders. Each app will only work once a day which is understandable. Yet the lady who took our order today said we couldn't do 2 orders in order to use our app's. We explained to her that we could and she said well there is a long line behind you. We offered to go to the back of the line. She went and asked who we thot was the her manager if we could use 2 deals off your app. Her reply was quite satisfying to us. "If their spending their money in here than give them what they want" This made our server even more upset with us. Which in turn made the line behind us even longer had she decided not to argue with us. So thank you for your app. Thank you for manager's who recognize we do your business a favor by ordering at your restaurant. And maybe inform all employees that one of McDonald's phrases is "have...

Tonight is the second time I’ve eaten at this McDonald’s. I came through town last September during the Round Up. I had trouble finding someplace to eat because most places were closed, and those that were still open, were packed. Using Google, I found out that this location of McDonald’s was open and that it had a pretty high rating. So I stopped by to get something to go. The food and service were excellent! I returned tonight under similar circumstances in that most restaurants were closed and I needed to get back on the road quickly. So, I decided to visit again. This time, I ate inside. I was very impressed with the customer service, interior, cleanliness, and food. Both times, my food appeared cooked to order. It was served hot, and it was delicious! If you’re looking for an affordable and fast meal in Pendleton, you should definitely consider this location of McDonald’s. The owner, manager, and employees are doing an excellent job!
