Burger King — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

Would give zero if I could. My fiance was made to wait for "fresh fries", no problem. When the women brought the food out, she walks past our car to the car behind us, even though he was in front and ordered first. She is all smiley and friendly with them. Then she walks up to give him with our food with an attitude, no more smiles. He felt very offended by her attitude toward him for no reason at all, other then being a man. The food was also not fresh. He was told to wait for fresh fries and the fries he received were cold, hard and not even cooked all the way. Besides the rude customer service, you're business is stealing people money by serving food that can make them sick. If food is not kept to proper temps then you risk food born illness. Maybe you're management at this location needs better training and certification. And the staff as a whole should be talked to regarding proper customer service. It is not okay to tell a customer to wait for something fresh and then give said customer old cold food. We will not be returning to this location and Burger King you need to...

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I went through the drive through at this location. Ordered two small impossible whopper meals and a 10piece nugget. I had an offer from the Burger King app for two meals for 8.99. After I ordered I then let the (completely rude) woman taking my order know that I had the offer and a code from the app. Before asking what it was she yelled at me and informed me that I wasn’t able to use it because it didn’t specifically say “impossible whopper” (this was all through a microphone so she never even set eyes on my coupon) I said it says it’s for the impossible whopper. She yells at me letting me know that I somehow didn’t order correctly and so I then told her never mind, drove out of my way to the Hanover Burger King location Ordered THE EXACT SAME WAY. I thanked the gentleman who then responded with My pleasure.

I'll be the first to admit, when I want to save money, I am in the drive-thru of the McDonald's next door. But lately they've been a bit sloppy and slow, a combination that I'll not have. So, I head to Burger King. My son and I fancy ourselves as "burger connoisseurs". We know our beef. And since he doesn't favor the fresh flame-broiled taste, we don't visit as often. But occasionally we hit up this restaurant. The insides, when they were open, we're almost always clean, hygienic, and sporty-looking, with the throwback jukebox/57 Chevy feel. But since COVID, it's been almost strictly drive-thru. They're quick on the draw and have much of what we order ready quickly and efficiently.
