Very happy! Had not been here before. Stopped by for quick Carryout, and unsure because it was close to closing on a Friday night. Called in a standard Kung Pao Chicken, and requested extra hot. Nothing fancy/ no high expectations…just late and I was hungry. Then I picked it up. Bright shop; very clean. Friendly, welcoming, upbeat, impressive young team splitting up greeting you; working the next orders, straightening/further cleaning. Enjoyed the very good KPC…veggies crisp and bright colors; chicken tender and tasty; sauce “spot on”… and heat just what asked. Really appreciated that the food in take out container had been arranged to highlight the diverse colors and organized peanuts in the center for a really attractive presentation. For a while it was hit or miss, but lately we noticed a significant decline in the quality of food here. The past 5 orders we got from here we could tell the food was far from fresh. Rice will be chewy and old. General Tsos will be dry, stringy, and tough with little to no sauce. The order we got tonight was so chewy and tough we couldn’t finish it and had to get food elsewhere. Unfortunately we will be looking for a new Chinese restaurant.

I love to order from China Sun take out! (中國太陽報) The menu is amazing, and very well priced, featuring all the customary regional Chinese favorites and specialty dishes. I highly recommend the Hot and Sour Soup! It is hearty and delectably spicy! Orders are made quickly by a highly skilled staff, using freshly made and supplied best quality ingredients, and they gladly accommodate any special customer order or request.
