Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

Unfortunately they don't have enough staff to accommodate the demand. We stopped by at around 3PM on a Sunday. There were about 5 cars in the drive through line. We decided to go inside to order. There were several people waiting for theor orders to be made and a couple in front of us who hadn't ordered yet. There were two people making the orders and one person behind the counter trying to take and make the orders. She dissapeared at one point After about 15 minutes, the line didn't move so we left frustrated. When we got outside, the line had doubled in the drive through and we realized they take those customers as a priority. We later drove past this location at 5PM and line around the drive through was almost outside the lot. We never did try the products here so there was no way to review it. But I can honestly say they need more help. With such a busy location, making customers wait that long is reduculios. I usually use their app to pre order, going inside to pick up, but the last thing I wanted was to wait inside while my order was made and the line outside ...

Ive been coming in the morning because it’s the only Dunkin’ I pass... I’m at least a half hour away from this Dunkin and I have to order 20 minutes prior on the app because I know it takes forever to get my one or two items. They mess up an order, along with forget an item. Every time I come here, something is forgotten or wrong with the order. They seem careless here. I don’t even get a chance to correct it. I don’t know if it’s because of low staff or so much going on. I understand the mornings are hard and they are all over the place, but when no one is around and it still takes forever to get a drink, it makes no sense. I understand it is hard, but even before the pandemic they have been struggling. It shouldn’t take so long. The line for the drive through gets long and so I use the app to walk in...but even when I go in, I wait a little bit. When I come back out the line hasn’t moved. They are doing so much but so little.

Update. I went again and their muffin isn’t even fully...

Unfortunately this seems to be the only place near my job where I can get breakfast foods and drinks and not starve for the day. If you want your order right go inside, that's the best bet. Even then the chance of them not completely messing up your order isn't 100% guaranteed. There is absolutely no consistency here. It doesn't matter if it's busy or slow. Some days service is great and they don't mess up, but more often than not they can't even get a simple coffee order right. Most of the issues comes from the drive thru. I don't know if their machine is just so old or crappy that they can't properly hear the order or if the people they have in drive thru are just so miserable that they don't even care about listening to the order. I order an iced coffee they give me hot, I ask for flavor shots in my tea I get nothing. I've worked fast food, I even worked for a Dunkin. It's not that hard if you just do the job and...
