Gresham's Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

While I had family in visiting from out of state we decided we wanted ice cream. I have lived in Pike County for nearly two years nowand did not know of any places over here I was used to Monroe County ice cream Shoppes. I did a quick Google search and found Gresham Ice Cream Shoppe. We took a drive over and we were very impressed right off the bat. Once we ordered our ice creams. To cones and One bowl . we took a seat and we had her ice cream and had a great time. The ice cream itself was absolutely delicious and creamy the toppings were phenomenal.my family went first and they ordered smalls and I thought I'm going to need more than a small but when I saw the size of their cones and bowls I decided a small would be fine I couldn't imagine anything bigger. The atmosphere wasamazing. The staff was very friendly. The price was great. It was actually so great we even took home a banana split sundae to my mother. Definitely will be going back

Great ice cream spot right next to lake Wallenpaupack. Pretty views and they have seating under umbrellas.

Last time I came here I ordered a small ice cream cone with two hard ice cream flavors with no problem. This past weekend I go and the kid tells me she has to charge me for a large if I get two flavors. The small was giant, I have no idea why she couldn’t do it when a month prior I had no problem. Then another young girl comes over and pulls the policy card on me. It’s just ice cream, it’s no big deal- just confused what changed and was just rude about it “It’s The Policy”.

Other than that never had a bad experience and love going here with my guests when we’re in the area! I’ve heard people from out of state talk about this ice cream spot 😉

Ice cream is my favorite dessert! And everywhere we go from Italy to NJ i have to get ice cream (or gelato)! Well we were visiting Greenwood PA and happened to go for a hike on Lake Wallenpaupack. We spot Greshams and walked in blind. WOW! Some of the best ice cream i've ever had. So creamy! so flavorful nI got their Cappuccino and Mint chocolate chip. Every single bite had chunks of chocolate or caramel. It was so fresh and flavorful I scoffed down a large in minutes. Madone! I would ride 2 hours back here just for that ice...
