I live close to Cenobio's, and I have been hearing good things, so I decided to stop by on a Friday night. They had a nice crowd, so I was really encouraged. The shopping area is a bit shady but I can assure you that it's safe. When I walked inside, the host seemed confused when I told her I wanted to place a to go order. But she gave me a menu and told me to let her know when I was ready. I chose the tres taco plate, 2 chicken, and 1 beef taco. Again, the host seemed confused, and we went back and forth with my order. I asked if anything came with the order, and she said no, just the tacos. Luckily, another worker confirmed that beans and rice come with the order. After a short wait, my food was brought out. I went home and found 3 chicken tacos instead of 2 and 1 beef. My beans were cold. Not even lukewarm. The rice WAS lukewarm, however. The tacos were Taco Bell equivalent, not what I expected for 11.95. Actually, I would have gotten my beef taco from Taco Bell since I didn't get mine from Cenobio's. I was really disappointed with my meal. I know that they are new but come on now, cold food? Unacceptable. And please, take the lady off of the register that has a hard time understanding English. She was nice enough, but after repeating my order 6 times and it was still wrong, I think you may want to put someone in that spot who understands what the customer is saying. Good...

This place cares about people ❤️ The staff had no idea that my father passed away that morning. Enora brightened my whole day by showing an interest in conversing with me and just showing genuine kindness. I didn't catch the young man's name that was working with her, but he and Enora were great at answering questions I had about gluten free options, which they had quite a few options, pretty much everything on the menu could be made gluten free. Enora offered me a water and chips and salsa while I waited. The salsa was delicious and when I got home I also enjoyed the food! I came back with my family today and let Enora know how she brightened my day and informed her my dad had passed the morning of the day I came last week... ❤️ We all enjoyed our food, has to be the best local Mexican places I have been to. Pour the queso on the burrito..mm amazing! They also offered us free guacamole and queso which was so kind considering my family's circumstances....

Cenobio's Fusion Cocina is a must-visit gem for anyone craving authentic Mexican flavors with a modern twist. Located at 3012 N. Ninth Ave. in Pensacola, this newly opened restaurant is already making waves with its handcrafted cocktails and traditional Mexican.

The cocktail menu, crafted by head bartender Alfredo, is equally impressive, featuring creative margaritas like creamy avocado, spicy cucumber jalapeño, and Hibiscus. Alfredo’s margaritas are made with fresh fruit juice.

Whether you're indulging in a 12-ounce ribeye grilled with shrimp or sipping on a cucumber margarita, every bite and sip is a celebration of Mexican culinary artistry.

With its warm atmosphere, thoughtful menu, and passionate ownership, Cenobio’s Fusion Cocina is a standout addition to Pensacola’s dining scene. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this restaurant is worth...
