I live close to Cenobio's, and I have been hearing good things, so I decided to stop by on a Friday night. They had a nice crowd, so I was really encouraged. The shopping area is a bit shady but I can assure you that it's safe. When I walked inside, the host seemed confused when I told her I wanted to place a to go order. But she gave me a menu and told me to let her know when I was ready. I chose the tres taco plate, 2 chicken, and 1 beef taco. Again, the host seemed confused, and we went back and forth with my order. I asked if anything came with the order, and she said no, just the tacos. Luckily, another worker confirmed that beans and rice come with the order. After a short wait, my food was brought out. I went home and found 3 chicken tacos instead of 2 and 1 beef. Unacceptable. And please, take the lady off of the register that has a hard time understanding English. She was nice enough, but after repeating my order 6 times and it was still wrong, I think you may want to put someone in that spot who understands what the customer is saying. Good...
Read moreThis place cares about people ❤️ The staff had no idea that my father passed away that morning. Enora brightened my whole day by showing an interest in conversing with me and just showing genuine kindness. I didn't catch the young man's name that was working with her, but he and Enora were great at answering questions I had about gluten free options, which they had quite a few options, pretty much everything on the menu could be made gluten free. Enora offered me a water and chips and salsa while I waited. The salsa was delicious and when I got home I also enjoyed the food! I came back with my family today and let Enora know how she brightened my day and informed her my dad had passed the morning of the day I came last week... ❤️ We all enjoyed our food, has to be the best local Mexican places I have been to. Pour the queso on the burrito..mm amazing! They also offered us free guacamole and queso which was so kind considering my family's circumstances....
