Maximilian Coffee — Restaurant in Pensacola

The sitting area is not comfortable as you may think a coffee shop would be. It isn't someplace that you would want to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and talk with friends.

If you have never been here before, it is not clear where you are to order. Maybe if there were an "Order Here" sign, it would help.

It has been a long time since we'd been here, so I was looking forward to a good latte. We got our lattes and they had a strange taste - almost a green leaf flavor. It didn't taste like coffee. They were kind enough to refund the cost since they we were not going...

My husband and I went here for the first time Thursday around 3:45pm, I 10 out of 10 recommend, the guy that helped us was super nice, I think maybe he was the manager, my husband got a dirty hot chocolate (hot chocolate with a shot of espresso) I got the Mexican mocha latte, it comes with cinnamon which is one of favorite additions to coffee, he got a medium I got a small the total was only 9$

All an all definitely worth it plus it was better than anything I have ever gotten from Starbucks which is my normal go to coffee place

10/10 service 10/10 quality...

I was not greeted whenever I entered the building. The gentleman that was there went in the back for about 5 minutes and completely ignored me. It bothered me so bad that I left. This is not how you treat customers. I know all about customer service and you should at least say hello we will be with you shortly. It makes me feel very unappreciated. I was going to share some coupons with my family from a fund rays coupon book for this place but I don't think that will...
