Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pensacola

Rudest staff. Worst customer service. I ordered wings for delivery, finally got my food. Asked driver for utensils. Said what kind of utensils, I replied a fork. He said I don't have any, it's just an order of wings. I called manager to complain about rudeness and some young kid, jake, said he was the manager. I told him my complaint and he responds with what do you want me to do about it? So I finally hang up with him, and sit down to eat my food, my wings had barely any sauce. And were soggy. And there was sand and dirt around the edge of the wing bowl.

I'm adding an update to my complaint. Ordered wings for delivery, Jake was rude taking my order. Get my wings with no sauce at all. Call back and he says I have to be put behind the other deliveries, I told him no bc I got my food and it was wrong. So he says he's remaking my food, I reply thanks and he says yep. I asked yo speak to another manager and he hangs up. I all back to find out about another manager and he says I'm the only one. I reply, there has to be another manager above you. He said he's on the road hell be back in 10 mins. I reply thank you and he says yep. And hangs up again. I will be calling back to speak to a manager. Worst possible pizza hut. I ordered online at 5:50pm delivery time 6:21pm at 6:41pm I called the store because it was still not delivered. The lady I spoke to said the driver was out and when he gets to the house to have him call for a discount price. He arrives at 7:17pm. I tell him the lady told me to have him call the location for a discount and he say I don't know anything about that. He calls and tells me that I talked to customer service not the location and that they are not sure what I'm talking about.

After he gets puts on hold I saw screw it and just pay for the food. After I give him the cash the man on the takes him off hold and asks what's going on and the driver tells him never mind she is just going to pay.

I wouldn't even say anything about a discount if the lady I talked to wouldn't have mentioned it. But, she did.

I placed my order over the phone at 4:30. They told me it would be 15 minutes, so I got there at 4:40 to pay for my meal so I could take it home right away when it was ready. The receipt they gave me stated that they started making my order at 4:45. I asked the cashier if the ticket really was saying that they started at 4:45pm and she said yes it was, and I told her that was frustrating since I was told it would be ready at 4:45pm. She just stared at me. She did not say I’m sorry, we were running behind schedule. She didn’t say anything at all, she literally just stared at me. I was in disbelief. So I said thank you and I left. Zero interest in ever getting pizza from this location ever again, I will drive to a further location just to avoid these employees who clearly did not care...
