I've had one bad experience here with one older Mexican woman at the end window handing out the food. The young guy that took my order put in my husband's frappe as a coffee by accident and when I brought it to the lady's attention she said sorry, then went on with her business as if I had to keep the mistake. I got her attention and told her that it was for my husband and he wouldn't accept anything else besides what he wanted! She tried to blow me off again, so I sternly told her that I needed the right drink! That if it has been for me I wouldn't care really but it was for my husband to take to work and then I sat there until she went and got a manager that was a little rude herself and I let her know if there was a difference I'd pay it just fix it please and she told me I had to give back the mistake coffee as if I was trying to get over, which I gladly gave her and I finally got what I came for. Other than that I have enjoyed the rest of my drive thru runs. Everyone since has been very pleasant and professional, mistakes have been resolved promptly, food has been hot and properly made and I haven't had any missing items or sauces thus far, and when asked to pull forward and they will bring something out to me that's being made, the wait time was really no time at all! Read moreCan we put negative stars??? If so, I will give -10!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is the understatement of the century!!!! I have a large family, so we have big orders. We ordered 2 items, she asked is that all.. I said no we had more.items... then after each item is that it.. with extremely rude tone of voice... After that it was the girl handing out the order.... She was also extremely rude. She started to shove items at me while.on a video call with a friend taking their order.. which sounds to me like she was just going to give to the person. While rolling her eyes, she said that they were waiting for the fries. We checked the order like normal. We were missing 2 big Macs and a 20pc nugget. I asked and gave her the receipt, she was rude yet again... Disappeared for like 3 min and tried to say she didn't see it on the receipt, but shoved a bag with the missing items at me. I asked for ranch and bbq, she rammed it in my hand while answer her phone AGAIN and walking out from behind the counter. I tried to go in to speak with management. The door was locked... I proceeded to call... 8TIMES!!!!!!? NO ANSWER!!! RIDICULOUS... ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING...
Read moreThis place is consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to but especially after 10pm. But tonight puts the cherry on the cake. I deliver for doordash and if I see an order here I decline it unless the pay is above average. This time it was. I pull up to the drive thru which had at least ten cars in the line and is not moving. After about 30 minutes of waiting in line (even though they turned most of the other cars away because “their system is down”) I finally get up to the window to see four employees standing around talking and drinking coffee/milkshakes. They see me and then proceed to disperse elsewhere. After waiting about another five minutes another employees finally acknowledged me. Turns out the order I was picking up that I waited in line thirty minutes for had not even been started until the kitchen. That resulted in an additional 10 minutes of waiting. That’s why I’m sitting here writing this review in line at McDonalds because it’s either this or climb through the window and fulfill the order myself. I repeat: worst...
