I have been having issues with location for several months at this point. Whoever works at the Sterling location night shift keeps tampering and sabotaging my orders. I don't drive so I primarily order via doordash which makes everything way harder when dealing with issues. I cannot eat dairy so I always order everything with NO CHEESE and remove any dairy based sauces. On more than 5 occasions I have received my delivery to find that I can't eat a single item because they put so much cheese on it you'd think I paid for extra. The amount of times this has happened and always on the same shift proves this isn't a coincidence. I've worked at taco bell the screen that shows you the orders and modifications on the line is extremely extremely simple and straightforward. It's not hard to view the modifications people add, not hard at all. And the fact that they follow every modification except the no cheese proves this is on purpose. This is a deliberate action taken against me that keeps happening. I ordered again against my better judgement and my order arrived yet again completely inedible for me. Because of me having these issues so often doordash has now been refusing refunds for me even when I provide obvious evidence of what is going on. You can see the receipt in some of the pictures for further proof. This is not coincidental this is deliberate and I'll be leaving this review here and on yelp and have already reached out to taco bell corporate and started a chargeback via bank since doordash is refusing to help me. This type of behavior from a food service worker is completely unacceptable and whoever keeps purposely sabotaging my orders should be ashamed of themselves. If you don't like your job go work somewhere else!!! Playing in people's food as an employee of a restaurant is...
Read moreNice Taco Bell. See pictures. Lacretia (I apologize for the likely misspelling) who waited on our party of two who very pleasant and helpful in getting exactly what we wanted, exactly how we ordered it with several changes. Taco Bell needs to hold on to employees like her! Food was hot and quite good, appealing to sight. I was disappointed there is NO Senior discount, or Senior drink, or Senior anything. Only the 2nd Taco Bell I have ever visited with no 'special' for Senior citizens. (The other is in Washington, IL) Food was prepared very fast. There seemed to be adequate staff except for the lobby. The cashier/order employee was in charge of both, an impossible task. Thus we could only find one table clean. Tables and floor both needed attention the 30+ minutes we were there. The second entrance into the building which had a handicap parking space had no ramp access unless you walked around behind another parked vehicle...too far and unsafe for my 88 year old guest using a walker. On the positive side, the second door provided access directly to seating which was greatly appreciated. I rated this Taco Bell a 4 of 5 stars. With a little work the potential is there...
Read moreI went through the drive thru after getting off work late, around 1 in the a.m. since it seemed to be the only thing open, and yo boy was MAD HUNGRY!! I waited in line 20 min b4 I could place my order, is I could see I wasn’t the only one MAD HUNGRY & ordered the Mexican Pizza substitute the beef with Steak, no pizza sauce, add nacho cheese! I ordered for my son 2 Chilli Cheese burritos and a Twist! When I got home, my pizza had a clump of dried up beans, the bottom shell a tostada shell, top a pizza shell! I went back the next day, and showed the MOD a picture of my receipt and a picture of the pizza! I have a allergen to corn so I can’t eat a tostada shell! She NEVER apologized, and refused to give me my money back, but said she would remake it! I don’t want another pizza like that, but my money back! Still haven’t received a call from the GM because when I called, she told the person take my number down, and she’s call me back because she’s busy!!! Wowwww!!! Won’t EVER patronize...
