Pizza Pizzazz Pepperell — Restaurant in Pepperell

Ordered food online. Went to pick it up and then the cashier says “we don’t have an order for you” and asks me to step aside. I drive all the way back home to get my Fiancées phone to get proof the purchase went through. Took the phone and went back with the bank statement showing the transaction and then she says “do you have an email receipt?” And I couldn’t believe the service I was getting. It’s one thing for systems to mess up but for them to try to make it better but instead they shifted blame and didn’t even ask what I got or offered to even make it. I was asked to step aside again. It’s 2024 there’s a million other mid pizza places I can go.

My review is not about the food. The food is fine. The service I got about this issue was the problem. They didn’t even try to fix it. The cashier pretty much cold shouldered me and said “good luck”

So went to Pizza Pizzazz for the first time this past Sat. We were a party of 4. The order was a small cheese pizza, Italian sub, Roast beef sandwich with fries. The pizza was the first to be served, then 10 min later the Italian was served (after she went up to see what was taking so long) then another 10-15 for the roast beef and fries to come out! Needless to say everyone had eaten before the last person got their food! It wasnt the fact of shortage of help as there were tons of people working in the back it seemed that take out was getting their food the minute they arrived! Wow nice upgrades desserts look yummy. I ordered a chicken broccoli Alfredo with ziti It was good. What was even better was I believe it was garlic bread that was to die for. Definitely going back to try other things. I did order to go and there was no fork inside the bag and being there for the first time I didn’t know the process, but I guess if you’re ordering something to go, they should ask or give you silverware. If I was at a job I wouldn’t have had anything to eat with. UPDATE silverware was addressed SERVICE was five stars!...
