Decided to get a simple meal after arriving in town. Can't go wrong with Jimmy John's I thought. Boy was I wrong. Attempted to use the app to order, forget that. Tried to call in an order, forget that. "Scary fast" delivery ended at 3pm. Lol. So I drive down to find the dining room closed. Around to the drive thru I go. Only 1 car in front of me, yay! No one at all behind me hmmmmm. The wait was long but finally they handed the order to the car ahead of me. Little did I know the wait would get longer yet. They must have ordered the meal with the counseling session included. After the socializing with their friends period was over I was allowed to pull forward for my two 8 inch sandwiches at nearly 10.00 each. But no problem I got my order. Now just drive back to the motel and enjoy. Why was I not surprised to find the avocado totally absent on a sandwich. Wow Jimmy Johns......good job. I was able to pay full price for zero convenience and get 50 percent of my order...
Read moreI LOVE their food. The sandwiches are always delicious. Bread is crispy outside, soft and delicious inside. Meat, veggies and cheese are always top notch. The tuna salad unwich is usually my go-to order.
However, the tasty sandwiches are significantly overshadowed by the absolutely atrocious wait times. I try to give some consideration in these crazy times and have more patience realizing it must be a struggle to work around everything going on, but waiting in the drive thru line for 35 minutes should never be a thing. More than half my wait today was after I had ordered as well. For a company whose slogan is "So Fast, You'll Freak", they are really a let down at this location. Read moreTerrible experience after waiting over an hour for food with no update to let us know and no answer when we called to check on our food. After all of the wait then things were missing and completely wrong! Only 2 workers and 1 was a "manager". She was rude and hung up on us multiple times, the first time she hung up was when were trying to explain which items were missing and wrong. After that we simple drove our food back and asked for a refund. Lost our business today and forever as well as all of the time and resources that were wasted in the lack of customer service. I'm not saying the customer is always right but the "manager" was not sympathetic to us and did not own up to her mistakes and terrible customer service.
