Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pere Marquette Charter Township

The food is okay, but nothing special. what drives customer loyalty is the price, and their hot n ready specials. Unfortunately, the franchise owner, Mr. Gary McClinssley, told me point blank today, on the phone, that just because Little Caesar's puts the hot n ready ads in the paper, that doesn't mean he has to follow it. This conversation happened because, twice this week, when arriving for the Deep Deep Dish pizza, between the hours of 4-8pm, none were ready. Gary told me that he never has more than two ready at one time, and that if people show up and the two have been sold, that they would just have to wait for them to make more. He doesn't want to take the chance that he might have to throw one away, as they cost more than the others. When asked about how his actions affect his customer's, not to mention the Little Caesar's brand advertising, he stated that if they didn't want to wait they could go to any of the other pizza outlets down the street. How and why this man got into this business when he has such low regard for his customers and his corporate boss, is beyond me. Avoid this place. This man doesn't deserve...

Been a busy day so i placed an order close to close on doordash and well they clearly didn’t like that because the pizza was literally dripping with what I assume is grease through the box literally fell out of my hands bringing it in the house because it was so greasy which is my fault but either way not edible even before it hit my floor. I also ordered a thing of breadsticks which was also not edible because they literally doused it in the garlic butter sauce they use to coat it usually its a light dusting but nope literally dripping out of the bag covered to the point of who the hell would eat it so now both are in the trash and I have no dinner besides the 2 liter of mountain dew i ordered which is the only thing they couldn’t ruin.
