This place is legit! My compliments to the proprietor and the incredible staff for serving excellent food and beverages, not only quickly but with a friendly disposition too. You might question if you woke up in NYC when you try one of these perfect (IMHO) bagels and their house made cream cheese flavors (the cucumber is my favorite!). I make a point to seek out a box of cookies on the counter while there and have never been disappointed. If you get there early enough then you might get to choose an egg bagel; pictured is my egg bagel with cucumber cream cheese, tomato and bacon. I’ve lived in and visited many places and this little breakfast/lunch spot is a treasure by any standard! Peruvians, you’re so lucky!!

We stopped by here on the way to starved rock state park. We tried their bagel and coffee, both were okay. The pumpkin pie cream cheese was runny and bagels were a bit hard to chew. Service was quick even though place was packed.

Good, local bakery with great bagel sandwiches and excellent jumbo cinnamon rolls. No wifi, but very friendly service.

Love the food! I love their bagels! My favorite sandwich is the Chipotle chicken on a ciabatta bun. They have great choices of coffee and other drinks along with other specialty items. But there are a few things they could improve on: the consistency of the food and customer service. I love it when the sauce on my sandwich is dripping off, but there are times it is scrimped on and I can barely taste it. Once when I asked for more sauce I was told that the person that had made it, made it correctly. I was also charged extra when I asked for it the next time, so I no longer ask for extra. There have been numerous times when I go in and the table I want to sit at is dirty. I go over and get the cloth and spray (which is located on top of the garbage can area) and I wipe off the table because I don’t want to sit at a dirty table. No one says a word to me. It costs over $11-12 for a sandwich and a fountain drink. I like the convenience of the location as it’s close to where I work, but sometimes the wait for my sandwich isn’t worth it. If they could improve on their customer service, I would give...

This place doesn't even deserve one star! First of all the service is horrible. On several occasions I have seen many of the employees make the food using the same gloves they were giving customers change for at the register. They do not change their gloves! Beware. They are also not focused on customers because they mix up orders all the time then blame the customer that it was their fault. There was a point when it was my turn to order, I kindly asked the lady to change her gloves to which she replied that she did already. She did not. So when she did she got very upset. But before I left I saw she picked up something off the floor threw it away then attended the next customer using the same gloves. NEVER AGAIN! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! Most likely the owner is at fault because she is...

The foods good for a bagel place. This is the third time I have taken my kid here. The first time was fine but the last two times we were met with so much contempt. The second time she was so excited to come and the second we asked about the donuts the woman at the cashier looked at us with so much disgust. She treated us as we were less than because a 5 year old wanted a donut. The time today it was not busy at all and again we asked about if there just happened to be any other donuts since the last one was just taken. Again the amount of disgust was next level. She went from being nice to use to immediately acting like we inconvenienced her by choosing to spend our hard earned money here. It was to the point my kid was sad and asked why they were...
