McDonald's — Restaurant in Peru

5/20/24 10:29 pm Well I'm eating my own words right now. I boldly attempted again because I am a believer in second chances & much to our disappointment, again slow service & cold nasty food that ended up in the garbage. I will not be attempting again.

This is the worst McDonald's in my area. The service is slow & always extremely rude. It does not have a cozy atmosphere at all. Every time I have gone here, I felt like I waited forever for cold nasty food. I will only go here if I'm picking up door dash orders, I will not eat here after becoming extremely ill from the nasty food I received. The lettuce on my burger was brown & wilted, the bun tasted old & stale, the fries were over salted & cold making them taste like I was eating old nasty greece that hadn't been changed in a very long time. At just after five, the store was not busy, and the staff appeared to be all stoned. I ordered two mcdouble bundles, two drinks no ice, and a deluxe crispy chicken. one of my drinks had ice in it. The only thing I noticed missing was the chicken sandwich. When I entered the store, I stood for over a minute, with idle staff making eye contact around their management. And I do mean they were peaking around the managers that were less than six feet away from me. After explaining several times that I wanted the deluxe crispy chicken, they finally had the ohhhhh moment and thats when I noticed that they hadn't even dropped the chicken. And finally, when I got home, I noticed I had someone else's custom mcdoubles. I do not want a refund, or store credit. I want this kind of behavior to stop. I will be furthermore be giving my business to the burger King...

One star I would give it less if i could. I have lived around this McDonald's for 16 years have been there 3 times its a terrible store.I would drive three miles to a different one if I really wanted McDonald's. Today was the third and last time Because its alway the same service is awful. Greeting is non existent for the third time. Management is inept at best.as it usally is. Order a egg mcmuffin meal tasted like yuck Hash brown was fresh out the fryer and gross . The coffee this is the kicker.I belive you should ask. "Cream and sugar" yeah NO Manager hands me a black coffee.I ask no cream and sugar replied"she put. Black on the order" well if im asking I must have wanted cream and sugar.Hands me 4 sugars.Maybe you could fix my coffee? The place is a disaster but it's always busy so i have hope for...
