My family and I have eaten many times at Mega tortas and the food is always delicious . Tonight they lost my business ... we placed our order via phone and when we arrived I had asked the gentleman that came to the window to please add two pops to the order.... well after several minutes the lady working there comes to the window and said you want 4 pops I said no mam just the two we added when the other gentleman came to the window. She got angry and very smart and started talking ignorant to me with my wife and son in the car. Don’t know what the big deal was obviously she made a mistake and all I wanted was two pops ! Words cannot describe the tone in her voice and the look on her face and the way she treated my family and I ...to top it off add in the yelling at my wife that was in the passenger seat. The gentlemen working there have always been very kind and professional . As long as this lady works there I will never return. This lady should not work or deal with the public in any kind of situation. To emphasize how bad it was just so everyone knows that this is the first review I have ever done in my life on anything. ...

The torta was decent, but it seems like that might be the only thing worth ordering here.
To make matters worse, I saw the cook using the microwave frequently, which is a big red flag for me.
The menu is incomplete and outdated; prices are scratched out but not updated, which is not transparent at all.
In the end, I spent $50 on a lot of food that mostly went to waste. Very...
Read moreI recently relocated to the area so I’m trying to check out some local spots to eat. I came across this place and while the reviews were mixed, I prefer to try on my own and not be biased. Needless to say it wasn’t the best experience.
The horchata was tasty, the tacos had a lot of meat, the rice and beans had no flavor but the tacos were decent. They didn’t give us any napkins or utensils even though we asked for some and considering we just moved here, nothing is unpacked so that wasn’t pleasant. In addition, they didn’t even give us salsa. I’m surprised they remembered the straw. I might give them another shot but so far I’m...
