I’ve been buying their California style sprouted bread for years. This last loaf I bought seems like it is 30% less substantial than before and is too delicate. Now when I butter it after toasting it, the butter goes through and makes a soggy mess. (Forget French toast.) I can actually see through the bread like lace. It looks like they’re covering it up by calling it “now softer”. All I can see is they’ve cut back on its substance.
