Extreme Pizza Petaluma — Restaurant in Petaluma

Sorry to say but good luck staying open. Easy online ordering, gets you a 15% discount. Pizza was ready on time for pick up for a Friday night. Only 1 table of 5 sitting by the door in the pizza parlor. Staff was efficient and pleasant. The $40+ pizza was custom and a total disappointment. The grey all meat toppings were cut into 3/4 inch pieces. The sweet tomato sauce was THINLY spread along with barely enough cheese UNDER the toppings to hold them in place. There's no strings of cheese when you pull the slices apart. The pepperoni wasn't greasy, spicy, or "cupped up". The flat limp crust was cooked on a screen at medium temp, there's no scorch marks or bubbles or rise in the crust. The pizza box was folded well and held the pizza size edge to edge without any buckling. Some might like pizza this way, but even a bad Mary's or even Costco's is better IMHO, especially...

Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere for delivery. Consistent issues with online ordering lead to incorrect & soggy orders. Staff are unprofessional and incapable of correcting order issues and management doesn’t respond. It’s a shame since most locations are excellent.

Upon my last call, the staff member who answered said they were unable to assist but would pass my contact info to someone else for resolution. I waited a couple weeks-no call. Only after posting this review did someone call me back while I was out of the area. I love Extreme, and have given in and ordered since these issues without any problem. Despite the journey from the restaurant to my doorstep, the pizza arrived in perfect condition. The crust remained crispy, the cheese was melty, and the toppings were evenly spread out.
