Top's China Restaurant — Restaurant in Petersburg

Horrible ... my first time eating here and everything was nasty I ordered sesame chicken no seeds general tso two chicken pork rolls pork fried rice ..oh yea and chicken wings which they were great .. the general and sesame both were the same meats they're was nothing different about the sauce which was nasty it taste like they just threw the sauce they use for the crab rangoons all over the meats ...just nasty and the rice was mushy as hell like its been sitting for a while .. the fried wantons was beyond hard and chewy ..pork rolls wasn't even pork it was chicken rolls which they claim is pork rolls but how if the pork in my rice is red and the meat in the rolls is white ...I don't even want to call and complain I'll never have another experience here...

The lady is very unprofessional and they charge whatever they want. The prices are not the same as the menu.... so tonight I call in a order go inside the fries are sitting out waiting while the chicken is still cooking I asked could I have hot fries instead because I had a ways to drive and the fries should have been cooked last anyway. The husband says to the wife... no service now because they are busy. I have spent lots of money here over the years but I won’t be back again they are very unprofessional since the pandemic. The one in Hopewell Va is apparently affiliated food is the same and better customer service. I was told they only act like that when it gets busy but that is not an excuse to treat customers any...

Solid choice for Chinese takeout. Family Meal easily feeds 4 people. Gen. Tso's Wings are delicious. Prices are very reasonable, even though there was a customer in the store hollering about how expensive they were. (I think she was just trying to work them for a free soda.) My biggest critique is that my pre-paid online order was supposed to be ready at 6:05pm on a week night. I didn't actually leave with my food until nearly 6:45pm. The phone was constantly ringing with orders and the staff was also taking walk-in orders. I like to walk into an establishment and know my food will be ready at the time it's promised. I didn't really enjoy waiting around a bunch of mask-less customers going...
