Food was good, that's the only reason for the 3 star. Waitress had no idea about prices at all. Valentine's day special was 2 for $30 and she didn't know which was the 2 for $30. Asked about prices of beer and mixed drinks, she had no idea. She did not come ask us for refills on our empty drinks... when we first got there, we were talking about how the table was still dirty and she did not even offer to clean it up... she talked about how she never wore makeup and she felt uncomfortable with it and then she talked about how she was trying to get a bite to eat but she had to come over and see if we were done with our food. It was more like we were a bother to her and not a customer. So for that reason she got a $2 tip the cheapest I've ever left in my 31 years of life (also, when you give a customer a receipt, Do not stand there while they sign and fill it out, how uncomfortable). Another issue, before we left my husband wanted me to smell the purple rose and he took it out of the holder, she came over to us to have us sign the receipt, the blonde lady behind the bar whisper to our waitress about grabbing the rose off the counter like we were going to steal it LOL (in my opinion it's because my husband is black (but she didn't know he's served 13 years so far)). Our waitress took the rose back and put it back in the thing (stated she didn't want to get in trouble) and that was another reason for the $2 tip. Don't treat your customers like they're a problem and don't treat them like they're thieves and maybe we'd come to your business again. Sad because we love playing pool and enjoy some great company... blond behind the bar seemed stuck up and the bruenett waitress had no idea how to speak to customers. Food was good though so thank you to the hard-working black man...

I stayed to finish my meal until the game that I was watching – having been relegated to one of the tiny screens – had ended; and, upon which time, I paid my tab [sans alcohol oredered] and promptly left. The modest number of customers present were quietly observing the "important" [preferred] game of choice although having been polled (by this customer) and found to be similarly disappointed at the "slight" to their interests. I, personally, inquired as to the possibility of switching the "big screen" away from the "less-important" game; but, no change nor reply/explanation was forthcoming from said ["new"] owner for the viewing continuation as it was at my arrival.
If this establishment loses a large fan base of local patronage over this occurrence...then, so-be-it......
Read moreFor a first timer only hearing good things about this place I was disappointed. For maybe a party of 12 everyone waited almost 2 hours before even getting our food, I was one of the first people to order but was the very last person to get my food, Im typically a patient person when it comes to eating out but I've never had to wait so long for food that was only mediocre and was charged for stuff they should've taken off, my order wasn't right to begin with. I'd say the only good thing about this place was their wings and drinks. The owner Mike was very respectful and apologized to the group and our waiter was great at her job, but the wait, a few wrong things with my order, and the food just not being what I'd hope a sports bar and grill food would be just kind of ruined the place for me, if I were to return, I'd stick with ordering there wings and only bringing a small group of...
