2 In One Breakfast & Lunch — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I put one star, but this place should be closed down! …I recently dined at here, and I was extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the food. To my shock, as I was halfway through my meal, I discovered a hair in my dish. This completely ruined my appetite and left me feeling disgusted.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, instead of offering a sincere apology and a refund, they acted defensively and refused to acknowledge the issue. The lack of accountability and customer service was truly appalling.

Finding a foreign object in my food is not only unsanitary but also a major health concern. The fact that the restaurant did not take this matter seriously and failed to provide a refund is utterly unacceptable.

As a customer, I expect basic standards of hygiene and respect, both of which were severely lacking during my visit. I strongly advise others to reconsider dining at “2 in One”, as the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service make it an unappealing dining option.

My husband ordered there 2 times before and their food was normal. I'm sick so I called today to get breakfast. i was told they don't deliver to my house! When I ask "why?" The replie was "he's just shaking his head no. So I don't know" I need to hear the bs answer so they put me on hold. A rude asian woman with an attitude told me they don't deliver because there is street work happening then hangs up on me. So I call back to get a real answer bc she was LYING! Another woman tells me the drivers refuse to deliver to the entire block. I can accept that last lie. How can anyone run a business but can't answer simple questions🤔bet they give regular bacon to Muslims and say it's turkey because it's convenient for them to lie.

So I been ordering from here almost 5mths straight. Idk if this store has been under new management but my food has been horrible. So today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a long roll. Decided to let DoorDash deliver it because I just got off work. I gets the sandwich it has one piece of bacon and a scrambled egg. I was furious so I drove the food to the store. The guy added another piece of bacon and wrapped the sandwich back up. He didn’t remake the order just added another piece of bacon. The corner store treats you better than this and for less money.
