Subway — Restaurant in Philadelphia

WORST SUBWAY EVER, the uncle type person works that doesn’t know how to talk and is always grumpy. We order online buy they didn’t show any option to add veggie patty to the sub so I just placed the order and went there and ask the person who was making my sandwich to add one and he said he will check with the guy. That guy scold him if you don’t see in the order just say NO even though they had the veggie patty there. I said just add I will pay extra but he talked rudely and was like I can’t do that he don’t even let me speck. However our order was on coupon BUY ONE GET ONE FREE so basically its doesn’t need to be charged. If nothing he could have said no normally. This’s the only closet subway we have and we’re going here since 4 year that guy always shows attitude. He never even smile when you wish him a good day. Not giving any business this...

To start with the employees working there, they do not know how to read online order and make the sandwich. I highly recommend for employees to take English classes and learn how to read then start their duty as an employee. They do not know how to make correct order by simply reading what the customer had ordered. I am not saying to employees to go back to you country but at least read, write and understand English language please. Even after paying I have to eat this piece of whole foot long sandwich even though this is not how it was supposed to be. Please go to school or college. Thank you.

This facility falsifies their business hours. On the door and on the google page they say they open up for business at 7am however the workers don’t open at 7 every time I come to get lunch for later in the day while I’m out. The workers come whenever they feel like it and they’re not even open at 8 am. The workers here open up the store whenever they feel like it. It wasn’t always like this when it first opened up in the neighborhood. On top of that the food is no longer good. You end up paying between $11-$17 in the store just for them to give you a little bit of everything including the meat. It’s not worth spending...
