Burger King — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This is legitimately the worst fast food place i ever been. I feel bad because I never eat Burgee King because this is the only one I ever really pass and they always have done a great job screwing with me.

2/9/19 I know they were remodeled or something so i thought I'd give it a try after swearing it off a couple years ago because of similar incidents. I did drive through. I asked for a whopper meal and the 10 nuggets for a buck. I made the mistake of not checking the bag before i left. I feel like trust is important in your food makers. But they completely forgot the nuggets. I start munching on the fries although warm they were the older bottom smaller fries that usual escape when you scrape them up. They gave me a whole medium fry that were the scraps. Okay the whopper can make the deal though. It was cold. I dont mean i got home and it wasnt warm anymore. I mean it was colder then room temperature. The patty was over cooked chewy yet cold.

I dont care about getting my money back. I dont care that I'll never go back to this place no matter how hungry or feening for a whopper i am. I care about people knowing how much of a crumb this BK is.

Please avoid this BK. It is not worth a glance when you pass by. Mickey Ds and kfc 2 blocks away and a wawa across the street. Hell go to the rite aid next door and grab a frozen meal because it will be just as edible without the hassle of them messing...

I have visited this location a few times since starting classes in the area and have only received my food twice in an actual speedy manner while other times I’ve waited way longer than I should have. On one occasion I came inside and placed an order on their touch screen monitor and waited 10 minutes just to pay the cashier and then still wait on my food. Another occasion I placed a mobile order well in advance so I can just come through the drive through and pick it up and was worried my food would just be sitting there getting cold because I was still 10 minutes away from the location. Got there and went through the drive thru and was told that my order wasn’t ready and to go park in the parking lot. For this location you have to drive out onto the street directly upon leaving the drive thru and come back around the other side to get to the parking lot, an annoying task due to this being a very busy street. Once parked I waited another 5 minutes or so but the lady that brought my food out was nice as was the cashier in the drive thru window however I don’t think I’ll be visiting this...

Looked on Google and saw the hours show they open at 5:30am. I arrive and the sign on the wall next to the door says they open at 6am. Being a good samaritan, I take the liberty of suggesting the correction. 6:15 am (15 min after they were supposed to open) the 1st employee shows up. Now I know this is not a 5 star restaurant but what quality is the food if they are able to make up the difference in time? When I asked the employee about it, just to make sure the times on the sign were correct, they were very rude and obnoxious. I know the loss of 1 customer means nothing to a place like this but I wish there was a way they can be held accountable. If your sign says you open at a certain time. Dont show up late and then act like the food is fully cooked right away. Theres something called bacteria and makes food safety questionable. I highly recommend a surprise visit from health inspector. I would not be surprised if they are closed shortly there after.
