Villagio Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Use to be good but lately they can't even get your order correct. Week ago ordered small plain pizza and salad with no tomatoes. Salad came with tomatoes so it went straight in the trash. The small pizza was forgotten, the driver went back to get it but now it turned into an upside down pizza. So that's strike one and two, now when you order buffalo wings with extra sauce on the side, you would think your getting wings with sauce on them (since they are called "buffalo wings") and then extra sauce on the side. No that's not the case, you get dry wings and then sauce on the side so you can have the pleasure of making them at home. So I complained about it since, now they can't seem to get any order right. The delivery app went ahead and refunded the funds and all was good until a couple minutes later they called me and said they are sending a driver to pick up the wings. Like really! A customer that orders from you all the time and that's your response. How about just getting the orders correct. I get it sometimes mistakes happen but this has been over and over again and this is just to name a few as I let many go without mentioning. It's really sad to be treated this way when I given this establishment my hard earned money multiple times every month. Hopefully they can get things...

The food was lousy and no where near what it use to be. The sauce on the steaks were from a can. It wasn't seasoned and mixed. 2 slices of cheese over the roll, partially on the meat but mostly on outside of roll. Villagio Fries have always been my favorite, not no more. Fries didn't seem fresh from the fryer. I kept looking for all the cheese that used to be on them. Seasoning, not there. But most importantly, it looked like half a piece of bacon crumble on it!!!. Nope! Never again! Oh and as I waited for it, would have been nice to sit down. Someone's kid playing on a laptop, other table used by a driver, and all the stools by the windows occupied by drivers. I'll order elsewhere. Too expensive for low...

I don't know what happened but the food quality has dropped significantly. I just finished eating a small pizza with Italian sausage and mushroom. Normally, the crust is nice and crispy with cheese out to the edge; not this time. They used a different brand of Italian sausage, the mushrooms weren't as fresh, and the crust just wasn't the same... The pizza was edible but not nearly as good as it usually is...btw, I just read another review that said they changed ownership. Now I understand why the quality dropped. I'll likely give them another try but if the pizza doesn't improve, I'll probably find another pizza restaurant. I've been ordering from villagio for many years and the quality has always...
