Crispy Wonders Baghdad is truly a hidden gem in Philadelphia! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a clean, cozy atmosphere. The menu is full of mouth-watering options, but the star of the show is definitely their shawerma and adana kebab — perfectly seasoned, incredibly tender.
The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and everything is freshly made. I also loved their signature sauces — they add the perfect kick! Whether you're dining in or taking out, the service is quick and professional.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality and a great dining experience. Crispy Wonders definitely lives up to its name! Seif the owner has this smiley kind hospitable face. You just feel at home in his shop. As for Smaira the young chef receives you with her angelic smile and welcome you with her delicious food. Thank you so much. Will definitely come...
Read moreAbsolutely fantastic. I was in the mood for Middle Eastern food and I saw that this new place had opened near my house so I decided to check it out. The food looked good on their social media and even better in real life. The co-owner Haider and his family run this small business and you can tell they put a lot of love and effort into their dishes.
Him and the staff are very warm and friendly and the service is great. The dishes are seasoned to perfection and I got the Kofta Kebab platter. Authentic and great quality. I recommend trying everything on the menu if you can because it actually has flavor. Please go support this small business.
I would give this place 20 stars if I could. Thank you to the family for...
Read moreIt was our first time there and we got the chicken shawarma. Not going to lie because it was delicious. The chicken was juicy and the lavish was nicely toasted. Flavor was nicely balanced and not overpowering. It gives off a nice aroma and the flavor was on point. It was light on the stomach. A much healthier option than other restaurants in the area.I wanted to try the beef shawarma but, it was sold out. The restaurant it self was very clean and inviting. I liked the cravings of Iraq and Baghdad. I like that it showed tradition and culture which is what you look for in a good restaurant. The menu is smaller so you know the quality is there. Can’t...
